The drama is good but it also has its own flaws. I guess it is the cutting that took some major parts.

It is a totally different story for me. I am an international fan, and I have so many people from my side watching it. It went as high as the top 8 in my country. The same way you feel the rating should be low is the same way other people are saying the ratings aren't high enough. It ultimately comes down to personal taste. The only issue with me is the confusion on the part of the military story apart from that the slow-burning romance and overall story did it for me.
