Ughhhh, I've seen the trailer for this a while back and now it lives rent free in my head!!! It looks like it'll be soooo gooood. (sigh) So ofc I had to go watch the trailer... yet again!
I gravitate towards web dramas because I don't get burnt out trying to make it through draggy dramas. I've actually sat through some pretty low-budget, bad writing, cringey acting, web dramas if they were juuuust interesting enough. (I've also noped out of countless ones because they were seriously BAD. But still, I didn't feel like my time was wasted if the story seemed to go to shit.)
This web drama... This one is VERY well done. They did a phenomenal job all across the board. I think the rewatch value is high as well. 10/10 for real. Personally, I rate regular dramas/web dramas/movies on separate scales. But even so, this stands out above the others. This is now one of my favorites. It's DAMN good.
I was watching a recap on Youtube (I don't have the time to watch a whole movie with all of the dramas I've already started, so I watch the recaps when I need a small break from a series) and 2mins in I recognized Camille. And when I recognized her, I immediately recognized Joseph!! So now I have to go and watch the whole movie!!!

According to Qingge's mom: Qingge (girl prince) is actually Prime Minister/teacher's daughter. Qingyun is A RANDOM BABY she found. He has no relation to any of them.
What happened: Emperor fell in love with Mom, but she was already happily married. Prime Minister helped the Emperor kill Mom's husband. She became impregnated with a baby boy. At the same time, PM's wife was pregnant with a girl. Mom killed her own son (because she hates the Emperor) and Prime Minister's wife (because she hates PM). She then stole the baby PM's Wife birthed (Qingge), and placed a random baby boy (Qingyun) beside the dead wife's body. She raised Qingge as a prince in order to spite Emperor AND Prime Minister. So, Emperor and PM raised kids that aren't theirs. Emperor's kid is dead, and PM was actively, unknowingly, trying to kill his. Her perfect revenge.

I decided to watch this because I think Camille is so adorable. I'm watching "Love & the Emperor" right now, and I want to see more of her. And since she has a show with Richard Wang, I guess I'll try that one next.
I liked the movie. For me, it evoked various emotions and plenty of chuckles. I suggest everyone who reads this to go to (iq . com) and try it. It's 1 hour and 42 minutes, and it gives you a little taste of everything without any complicated plots.

I just finished this at 5am. Imagine my disappointment! I agree with the majority of what you said. She knew he loved her and was going to propose that day, and still did what she did. She knew he was a person who was hurt by the people he loved and decided to never love again because he was told "he should never love again, he didn't deserve to love someone". AND SHE TOLD HIS MOM & DAD OFF ABOUT HOW THEY HURT HIM and shouldn't be allowed to do so again. But she then proceeded to be another person he loved who hurt him. She left for so long without contacting him and expected to just waltz back in. And then the gaslighting BS and her smiling at his pain was soooo disgusting. I was DONE with her after that. How can you even view that any other way?? She looked so psycho. ~~JIHO IS A NARCISSIST~~ This drama packaged up Abuse and tried to pass it off as love. . . No thanks. I feel it all stems from her upbringing. Just look at how the drama starts! Ep 1, scene 1. I'm not surprised she turned out that way... *sigh* just hate to see it.
I seriously don't even know why I watched this. It's nothing like what I would normally watch. I saw it on Netflix and ended up watching it for some reason (maybe because it kept popping up everywhere). And I must say, this is the best drama I've seen. Just through and through. I have no gripes at all. It was really well done.
I've seen dramas that have made me sob uncontrollably. Ones that made me so filled with anger, happiness, or sadness. And ones that made me smile, giggle and blush. But ALL of those dramas had very noticeable flaws. As much as I love how they were able to make me feel such strong emotions, those moments only made up a small portion of the overall show. And thats why there are a lot of shows that I don't recommend because its hours and hours and HOURS of mediocre until you get to that heart-wrenching/heartwarming moment that wouldn't feel the same unless you've sat through it. But then the rest of the show is mediocre again. This is why I'm so picky with shows. I read a lot of reviews and opinions so I can see if they say episodes are a drag and whatnot. But THIS SHOW, was just spectacular. This one can do all of those same things AND no major flaws anywhere. A nice, solid show with an interesting plot and interesting characters. You will love them, and you will hate them. Seriously, all of the side characters were great. I honestly don't know how to describe how this show made me feel. Just after finishing, all I could think of was everyone's backstories and how they ended up. And just thinking to myself, "woww, what a show".
The only shows I rewatch are sitcoms or cartoons, where each episode has it's own storyline. Dramas are like one big movie. And thats why I don't rewatch them. I just move on with my list to the next one. But I'd definitely rewatch this.

Kanmoreu didn't actually run away. He's been following Eunseom the whole time. He's just disappointed that Eunseom hasn't shown growth through these last tribulations. When he literally ran off from the site, I think he just moved from being too close/being seen, but he's still going to keep an eye on him to see if he progresses, and HOPEFULLY waiting for a chance to step in and help. *Also, the reason I believe so is because he ASKED for a name, and Tanya bound him by name to be a help to "Eunseom" whether he's Aramun or not. He knows the power of a name. Kanmoreu wouldn't have asked to be bound to Eunseom for nothing.
Ah, Saya did??? He asked Asa Sin to kill Eunseom??? I must've missed that!! Please describe that scene, I really don't remember. I might remember if someone talks about it in more detail.

I wanted it to be longerrrrrr. I wish it was a showwwww! An old gangster using an outcast to turn the school upside down. Is there a show like that? (former outcast becoming strong for some reason)
