That was the end of it. They kept introducing emotions they never resolved properly
I feel that is a good end of it. He has feelings which he knows are unreciprocated and saying something will only make it uncomfortable for everybody so, he will slowly get over it.
I'm on episode 8 and the little tap on Cho Chan Won's back when they were gushing about the main leads being together. I so knew that he had feelings for her and I felt vindicated
Maybe if the characters didn't have that much chemistry I wouldn't have liked this so much. They patched up the ending with a string and called it a day, but it doesn't mean it was bad. Last episode I still cried a lot. Mad the bad shaman didn't get kill or something, maybe just me. I would've like a better reunion with the FML and her friends who truly missed HER, not bong su. And that we got to see a bit of what her life is going to be, which was a big part of the drama at the beginning, living a normal life, going to college, etc.
I'm rewatching the korean one while I'm watching this. I like the main actress a bit more here, mostly because of the expressions. One thing I noticed is that in the korean one she is older than him and in this one it's obvious that he is older, which kind of changes a bit the dynamic. But I like both version of the male lead because I find them quite different. I don't think it's an argument of which one is better which inevitably always ends up happening on adaptations. I think is which one is more to your taste. The japanese one has a more character driven plot and the korean one feels that is more connected to what is happening and not so much to the people, because the plot was great but I found the relationships a bit lacking.
Wow, what an unexpected ending. Who will believe that she ends up with the plain, boring, main lead instead of any of the other completely perfect options she had?
I think yeol is the worst male lead in kdrama I have ever seen.
I didn't watch world of the married but totally on my list and the brother of doom at your service is not so bad, had a redemption, but Lee Hyeon Gyu from that drama, which was the best friend's ex was such a red flag.
I think yeol is the worst male lead in kdrama I have ever seen.
worst ml in dramas 1. Gu Jun Pyo (boys over flowers) (I understand different time but not that different) 2. Yoo Jung (Cheese in the trap) (literal sociopath) 3. Han Yi Ahn (School 2015) (should’ve dated the other sister) 4. Lee Soo (More than friends) 5. Lee Seung Yoo (How to be 30) 6. Park Jae Eon (Nevertheless,) 7. Yun Tae O (My first first love) 8. Hwang Jae Yeol(Crushology 101) 9. Koo Ung (Yumi’s cells) 10. Kang Sin Yu (destined with you) This doesn’t include Chinese, Thai or Japanese dramas and is subject to change and I can explain why I hate or dislike apart from the top 3.
She didn't owe Yeol anything lolThey already broke up for year and he was the one who messed their relationship.
But he seemed to ignore her and want nothing to do with her, even telling her that he would drop the class that they shared because it was uncomfortable for both, she felt that he moved on and her friends told her too. She has obviously not but tried to give him his space, he also said that he wouldn't date somebody from the university again. From her point of view, there's no reason to try talking to him and you would be calling her selfish if she did like her ex did.

She is with won who is her friend and she cut contact before because she knew that it made Yeol uncomfortable and with her childhood friend who happens to be her first love who she doesn’t know that had feelings for her, and he pretty much ignored her the first time they met. It’s been a year, if she wants to date someone else, she has all the right.
I truly dislike the ML, like dude, you are not some kind of victim, she went to the US to study because her parents couldn't afford to pay her tuition, it was a once in a lifetime chance. How can someone be so selfish? She didn't go there to be with someone else, I get that he was jealous because the other guy clearly had feelings for her, but don't you trust your girlfriend? Then she comes back and you act like she was in the wrong or something, grow up. She keeps forgiving him, over and over, they were cute together but just that. Bunny date your first love or end up alone (sadly won is not a choice anymore).
we’re over half of the drama and the first love hasn’t even interacted with her, don’t put him as a male lead if he is only gonna be a background character
