She really didn't need to as this isn't a movie and the production could have gotten good makeup sfx artist and camera angles to make her look sickly. But then again, she's rich and can afford nutritionists and doctors to get her back to good health.

Instead it's just partially random. Like I get why Reina gets some of Misa's fate as the wedding has main characters if Misa drops out and Reina is the understudy then Misa's wedding fate goes to Reina and anything marriage wise that happened to Misa before would be on Reina. But with Sumiyoshi (that happened in the Manhwa) but it doesn't make sense as to why, Misa's cancer, cheating, and almost dying fate is upon her since that should happen to Reina and Tomoya (set up should be Tomoya cheating on Reina with some other Reina-like character, Reina or Tomoya have cancer, Reina or Tomoya push one another/ fall to their death unless that will happen in Ep 9 or 10) but why Sumiyoshi getting the cancer, cheating, almost being killed, is it because she's hanging out with Misa? Then that means ML, his sis, FL's HS/Restaurant friend would also get some of her fate. So I personally think they messed up unless Sumiyoshi already had that fate but since Misa wasn't in Sumiyoshi's life other than at the office in the old timeline, she is assuming that fate was passed and it will make her feel guilty and do her best to make sure she gets treatment/cured, custody, new hubs?

It's an original story. Not based on a danmei. Although it gives slight Word of Honor vibes.

Why does Ghost Valley sort of feel like it's connected to WOH? and happening years after the red wedding and while WKX and ZX are up in the snow tops being mentors.

OMG there was a scene where they both fall on the ground/roll together, one on top of the other and , typical about to kiss scene in most BG even BL dramas but censored and didn't get that far but those looks that linger and I was like Kiss!!!!

Also do we think there's a birth secret and Seol Hee and sis are Oh Pan Sul's daughters? There was a slight hint about them being from the same village earlier on...Idk if it's a red herring or a throwaway..

Do we think Lucia will sleep with the Chairman or is she going to feign the "virgin" inexperience before marriage or is he going to simp and it's only a companionship type relationship?

I'm curious what will happen to him. Like we are seeing all of Misa's story but he was also "reborn"/"time reset", like what things went wrong in his life that he needs to find a substitute like Misa had to put all her "karma" onto Reina and Ex.

It could be a budget thing? Although, I thought most productions had in-house people even though some have terrible photoshop (we've all seen big budget movies and dramas with terrible photoshop).
