It was comedy gold. It would have been funnier (if it was uncensored) and he was like if i can't have Baijie then I'll have you. Kinda like those dramas where girls pretend to be boys, the guy falls in love with the boy after questioning himself and adapting to his new boy for boy feelings, and then she reveals that she's not a boy. He's like I was ready to love you as a boy but i'll love you as a girl. Although, there was a Japanese and Korean series where the guy was almost disappointed that she was a girl and not a boy after questioning his sexuality etc LOL I can probably assume he liked boys but we just glossed the surface and the story moved on. I don't think she ended up with him. I can't remember the titles of those but they are like pre-2020.

They need those mainland investors (although at times it feels like series are money laundering like with Hollywood productions, not sure why CN tax authorities aren't looking more closely although they look closely at actors earnings + whistleblowers+shady companies that retaliate when their artist won't renew contract or move to a different company etc) unless they can find that big budget because you can adapt certain ones and just use a lot of green/blue screens but CGI costs money too. Unless you get an danmei IP that can be done on a low budget. I wish there was a breakdown of costs for each BL drama.

Did that boy that saved LJS from bullying in childhood become his college roommate and sent the game to him but did we get confession in EP 52 from that friend that he was in love with LJS and was afraid to tell him or wasn't able to directly tell him or was it that he admired him as his best friend for life from childhood to adulthood? Because I could see it either way.

Although he did have chemistry with his sister's bf/fiance/husband if you saw it from a different point of view LOL In another point of view it was a great bromance which is good since you want to be friendly with your in-law although bf/fiance/husband felt like the third child of that couple LOL since he was always around
But yeah, he didn't end up with someone and it's ok. I wish they did more than the military. Like he became super focused on a career or something. IDK too many couples LOL his storyline mostly revolved around his twin? sister and her bf/fiance/husband.

I say this as Gen MZ. Even though FL and ML aren't blood related. The fact that her half bro and half sis's step-bro is the love interest is really weird. Like coming from a mostly broadminded Eurasian but mostly East Asian family, it's like something the older aunties would gossip about LOL like every time you introduce your SO, your going to "it's a funny convoluted story of how he's my half-bro and half-sis's step bro, we aren't blood related or grew up together. I grew up with his step-siblings." I think it would have been better if it was like how it was in Be My Dream Family. It was a little complicated but it worked.

Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year) is 9 February to 11 February but most people and places in SK will celebrate 9 February to 12 February.

Yeah. I don't mind it too much since the story is intriguing, plus I got into the characters and will read the novel after I finish watching. This is one of the dramas that I'm not fastforwarding like some nonBLs that I'm watching LOL I feel like sometimes, I have to rewind LOL. I really wish they did a BTS documentary because the sets are amazing. I want to know how much of the sets was CGI and how much was real. Because that's a lot of detail. Like it felt like it would be super expensive to have all those props. The RNZ's house must not have had central heating because at times, you could see the actors breath when talking in a scene or two but I didn't notice it later on.
