Nice article! I soooo agree I always thought I've never actually been as sleep deprived as those characters so as to have a nose bleed or a fever or to faint. It feels good to see that I'm not the only one haha I would add: How can they have not only super expensive smartphones, a different outfit everyday but also a different coat everyday. I mean coats are the most expensive piece of clothing and whatever drama you're watching, they each day have a different coat! Like WTH. How can all of those even fit in a wardrobe??
Am I actually the only one having such a fun time watching Mr. Ma and Soo Ji's relationship develop? No one comments on that, I was wondering if it was just me that couldn't stop laughing every time they show up! Soo Ji is the best character EVER <3 <3 <3
I have mixed feelings about this drama. On one hand I actually really enjoyed it but on the other hand I couldn't help but cringe at some stuff. I think the worst is the poor credibility of the assignment of the cases to public defenders and prosecutors. I can't believe that you could assign cases to people even remotely connected to the case. As a future lawyer myself, this was the worst thing about this drama. Some people just can't assume those roles if they have conflicting emotions about it. Lawyers, prosecutors and judges should always remain objective no matter what the case is in order for the justice system to work fine. Also the law and investigation stuff is just so poorly handled. I won't say more, so as to not let out spoilers, but some stuff was just unbelievable and sometimes all of the characters would jump to conclusions so easily that it just made me sick. Anyways, I still enjoyed the show for the nice plot, the good chemistry between characters and the romance. Also, seing how cases are handled in Court in Korea was nice (dress code, how people address to each other, the valor of the jury verdict, etc.). Ohhh and the emotional roller coaster that was! The actors are pretty amazing.
