That queen mother is getting on my nerves

Guys there is tea , so during and after poj both zlh and txw were offered few brand collab (huge brand , Bvlgari one amongstthe offered) magazine photoshoot, 2 big shot(one was vogue) magazines wanted zlh and txw collab but owing to txw and zlh dramas releasing soon after poj aired they didn't want all their fans to completely dwell on their cp and affect their future projects so they denied.
Also apparently now its a thing that A list actors dont do cp photoshoot if cp becomes widely popular to prevent hate for future projects. This makes me sad. We could hv got so many amazing photoshoots if not for all this.

P.S not them their agencies denied it

There is this korean movie 'i saw the devil', it is a revenge story with a passionate romance background, it was remade into ek villian which is an Indian movie. Considering the genre i would love to see zlh and txw in the chinese version of this movie if they ever make it . This is an emotional roller coaster movie and they would serve it

Xz and cy the bestest couple ever and with the most ethreal chemistry. The best kiss in the whole drama is our xz and cy window kiss , even their hands had better chemistry than the 2nd couple. Their bath tub and edited out bed scene could set up a whole forest on fire that hot it was, the main couple slayed it with a single intimacy scene. Nothing beats our main cps beautiful, sweet yet the most hottest chemistry

Exactly so many idol dramas hv come and gone and i hv seen the worst portrayal of generals. Why only zlh is targeted?

I dont understand the whole controversy about the foundation general. Its fiction, in the drama xz character requirement includes extremely good looking young man. So what is the whole point. Why is zlh blamed for this, he was just fulfilling his character. I dont even think people who are complaining even knows the plot of the drama and the requirements for his character.
Nobody other than zlh could hv nailed xz role this well. Even with less screentime and less impactful scenes he could never be overshadowed by any other male character. He remained #1 from start of the dram to the end of the drama which shows his impact.

But i think in every drama generals are made to look like this only, they need the visual appeal to attract viewers, what about other drama generals, what about other men in poj all hv make up why is only zlh targeted.

I just discovered changyu is supposedly pregnant in the last scenes of episode 40 when she climbs up to take the ribbon from the tree because xz is nervous and is like what are you doing considering cy is a general and has fought powerful men herself why would he get worried over this small thing and he doesnt let her jump, then he carries her and goes.
Next scene he is like u r a mother of two.

Its so sweet of txw to have shared zlh pictures on her weibo in her thank you post even when he was caught in a mess . She didn't care whether it would affect her because people usually refrain from posting pics with costars if the costar is caught in a mess. This is a indirect way of her supporting him.

Omo the douyin engagement of xz and cy is insane its like veryyyy huge and the main contributor is their bed scene in episode 38 that was cut. People shared that scene like wildfire increasing the engagement of main cp to a level no other cps has had in cdrama.
Considering the fact that main cp didn't have much promotional videos still managed to achieve this milestone speaks volumes about their chemistry
Even if that scene is cut everyone has watched it.

This dramas most loved and hit portion is the linan arc, everyone juat enjoyed it. In that arc we saw how th leads romance was properly developing and we even got to see the ruthless marquis side of xz when he was hiding his identity. After the linan arc the story drastically shifted from the main leads. We get their scenes here and there , their love story was so scattered. But their scenes even though less than 5 minutes together captured the audience. But everything else was a mess. The brutal marquis also went missing

Main couple hardly had 5 minutes of screen time together after the linan arc. Their story was fast paced, nothing was explained or properly done , politics was poorly done so was main leads story , the only saving grace was their romance that still kept people watching those episodes

I did expect the ratings to go down because when the main couple is sidelined , not given proper screen time and with such an incomplete and awkward ending what do you expect viewers will feel. Even in the last episode we had very few screen time for main couple
They should hv given a proper ending with main cps wedding, showing them with their children . The alternate ending was not neede at all many disliked it resulting in downrating.
The only saving grace of last 10 episodes were main couples romance which were such eye and heart pleasers
Its still a shame that main couples story was not done properly and was given less screen time in their own show
