Henry Lau was my favorite part of this show. After a few minutes into the show, I cared nothing about the main leads I just wanted a story about Henry Lau and the weretigers and vampires. Personally, I wish the real drama was all about their story. Henry Lau made me fan girl every time.

I imagine all the drama remakes are all part of the same universe. The aliens are the same planet and get left by their ship on the same trip. The alien space ship comes down to get samples from earth. They start in Korea, Do Min Joon wandered off. They go to Thailand, China, Philippines and Japan. The guys wonder off at each place. When they finally leave to their home planet there are only 2 guys left. The pilot, and the guy with all the samples. They say the guys can hitch a ride on the next trip. Then leave back to home planet.

For me, when I put on the dropped list, I usually do no pick up the drama again, but, if I put the drama on hold, I usually come back to it. If the drama is on hold for emotional drama and I am not sure I want to finish the drama, I may come back a year or two later and watch the ending episode and if it seems like a pretty good ending I will go back and watch the previous episodes, if not, I will drop it most likely.

Most of Hans Christian Anderson's tales were written about one girl, that he had unrequited love for who kept rejecting him and eventually married someone else. The ugly duckling and the little mermaid were both written about her.
I know they haven't technically met yet but, I am shipping Yoo Seung Jae [Art director / Sang In's assistant] with Jo Jae Soo [Kang Tae's friend]. I think they would make a cute couple.
Not sure why America choose this one to remake, it doesn't really fit the type of shows that we seem to be good at. I haven't so far seen a ghost show that was really good in the States. I hope if they remake it they will decide to make it the American hotel for ghosts and happen in the same world as Hotel Del Luna but not a show that tries to remake the scenes or story from Hotel Del Luna. Similar to how Harry Potter has schools in America and England. Similar to the way Thailand remade It started with a Kiss, Kiss Me is very different in some ways but, still everyone loved the story. I have seen the My Love from the Stars and they were better when they did not try to remake the exact scenes.
I hope it gets several seasons and new writers and children each time. I really want it to continue.
