I cried in the 3rd episode when Jang Ha Ri was arguing with her mom about wanting to have a baby but not getting married. This show is really awesome the best show currently running. It has the humor and the angst.
I was one of the oringial fans of Song Jae Hee and I am glad to see people defending her. She was an awesome girl and and the second female lead was so irrating in that drama that it was hard for me to watch that actress in another drama for quite a while. But, I had a whole pinterest page devoted to the Heartbeat couple(JaeHee and ML) and Also, devoted a playlist to them on youtube. They were one of my favorite couples that year!
Except for BIG, I have enjoyed and still enjoy the Hong Sisters dramas. For those who have said they do not like the ending of those dramas, I would say, endings for me are just the stopping point of that author, they do not define the drama for me overall. If I had my way, all kdramas would end with a wedding and children. Most kdramas do not, infact, back in the day it was very rare to see the kdramas make it to a wedding in the drama, but, I still enjoy the shows.
In episode 12, we learn FL can't have milk so ML drinks it. But, 5 seconds later, ML makes her breakfast with milk and she drinks it. Can she have milk or not?
The casts are great. I'm not into action drama but I might watch it at some point :D
I misread your comment as the cats are great, and I thought to myself,"The cats, I only saw one cat, for like a spilt second, do you know something I don't know?"
Reminds me of the the movie called Just My Luck, by Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. Frankly, the age difference does not bother me. I loved Itazura na Kiss: Love in Tokyo, which had a large age difference and the Prime Minster and I, and Entertainer which is a 17 year age gap almost the same as this 20 year age gap. Not to mention the 20 year age gap for the Mr. Sunshine couple, and A Witch's Love. If I it did not bother me in those kdramas I doubt this Chinese drama.
I agree with your article here and I would like to add that Mblaq,''This is War'', should also be included in this list. I have always wanted to see a kdrama for this mv.
Yeah, I remeber those good old dramas where we had to sometimes wait seemingly forever to get a kiss. To a certain extent, I prefer some of those older dramas. For the most part they are still on my top list. Some days, I am in the mood for an old drama and sometimes, I really watch to watch a new drama.
