OR she's going to be pregnant but the baby would die because obviously the nanny would try to get the baby killed and succeed (just like fated to love) and she would obviously blame it on Min Ru that would probably make the emperor drift more away from Min Ru for hurting his only child (that he knows of) but later on we find out it was the nanny's doing i would stick to my second guess more cause i checked the cast and they was no baby LOL.
