I had to see what the hate was about when youtube suggested this and, oh boy, it's not ungrounded. This was hilarious. It's like a VERY bad Wattpad story adapted into a series by a group of people high off their tits. I kid you not, the X-files theme was playing at one point.

I can't wait to find out what skeletons Seo Eun Pyung is hiding in his closet, because I refuse to believe there is a single truly decent person among the central characters.

The worst thing about this drama is the ugly poster. This was lovely.

My petty ass is still hoping for a second season where we would see Bai Qian being snarky and indifferent towards her horrible in-laws after marrying in. We never got to see them get what they deserve, apart from Su Jin. The heavenly emperor and Ye Hua's mother dearest deserve to only drink cold tea and for all their shoes to be one size too small for the rest of their lives.

Here to save your ears: If you end up watching this on MGTV's Youtube channel (where the audio is, sadly, horrible) have your finger ready on a mute button. Some of the advertisements are set on a volume that feels illegal or at the very least like someone is testing out a torture method.

I hate how true this is

Difficult to like a ML who believes he is the one and only logical person there is. Hard to like a FL, who keeps snooping around and eavesdropping every chance she gets. And how is a woman, who almost became a surgeon, one of the clumsiest characters to ever exist? But as long as you close your eyes often enough and pretend to be deaf every now and then, the show is entertaining :)

And the episodes aren't even 45 minutes long???? Not sure when I'll recover from my shock.

Shout-out to the actors who were able to deliver some of the most bizarre scenes with straight faces, good job.
