Title Mr. Queen
I really enjoyed the drama.
It was meant to be funny and it really was.
The acting was on point! Props not only to the main, but the supporting cast as well!
The plot was a bit too much at times, but that always happens in historical dramas xD
My biggest problem with the drama was... the relationship between Cheol Jong and So Yong, because I felt like everything between them would've been much different if it weren't for Bong Hwan. I just feel like Cheol Jong started paying more attention to So Yong only after she drastically changed, so the love between the actual So Yong and Cheol Jong didn't feel natural to me.
The last two episodes were a little bit of a let down for me, honestly, but the drama was still something quite different and enjoyable, so an 8/10 for me.
On Start-Up Feb 13, 2021
Title Start-Up
I had high expectation for this drama, but sadly... I was heavily disappointed.
The acting was good, but the plot was just ridiculous at times and I found the drama quite boring.
I felt absolutely no chemistry between the leads as a couple, it was like their feelings for each other were forced and just there, how and why they fell in love though... that would always stay a mystery for me.
Itaewon Class was also based on revenge/setting up your own business/showing you are better than someone else, but it was far better than Start Up and it really kept me on the edge.
In this drama, everything felt like empthy talk to me and I wasn't interesnted in what would happen to the characters and how they would resolve their problems.
So... the love story lacked a lot and so did the rest of the story.
I'll give this a 6/10, but even that feels like a lot.

Title To My Star
Out of all the short BL series, which have been released since the summer of 2020, we finally got some proper kissing in this one.
I can't say the story was wow, but it's good to see that things are getting into the right direction.
Hopefully, the new releases will just get better and better.
On True Beauty Feb 4, 2021
Title True Beauty
The story and the drama itself weren't anything special, but the actors and their chemistry did make it work.
I am way past high school stories and I wasn't even going to watch the show, but I decided to give it a try and I don't regret it.
Props to all the supporting cast as well, because they definitely gave their best and made the drama so much better.
I know the webtoon is quite different, but having in mind that it has 100+ episodes, I think they went down the right path with the choices they made with the drama.
This was full of cliches, ridiculous moments and yet it was quite endearing in its own way.
Surprisingly, I'm going to miss the show and the smiles it brought to my face.
On Hwang In Youp Feb 4, 2021
Person Hwang In Youp
I'm sure everyone would agree that he definitely stole the spotlight in True Beauty!
The moment I saw him, he really reminded me of Lee Joon Gi!
Years ago, he could've definitely played a younger version of him in a drama.
I can't wait for more from Inyeop! :)

Title Color Rush
The whole thing with monos and phrobes was super interesting!
& Yoo Jun's acting was on point, but apart from that... this short drama was faaar from good and that can't be blamed only on the lenght.
I wish Korea would do better with its BL series.
On Tale of the Nine-Tailed Dec 4, 2020
Until the very last episode, the most memorable thing of this drama for me will stay... the ADS! Wow, I have never seen so many advertisements in a single drama!
As a whole, I can't say I enjoyed it much.
I was much more interested in the other characters and not the main couple.
The first few episodes were thrilling and dark, there was suspense, after that.... it went downhill.
A shaky 6/10 for me.
On Stranger Season 2 Oct 14, 2020
The second season was as good as the first one, if not better.
It was somehow more intense and I felt a bigger connection to the characters, perhaps because we had already seen most of them in season 1.
My biggest regret with this drama is that they don't reveal much personal information about the characters and their life. I understand that the main aspect of the story are the crimes, but still...
It's a pity that those who are supposed to protect us and keep us safe, end up doing the opposite while abusing their power, but sadly that's something which happens in every country.
I really liked Shimok's growth in this season!
On Mr. Heart Oct 9, 2020
Title Mr. Heart
Sang Ha was very cute, but... that was it haha
The plot was a mess. I didn't have high expectations, but still... this could've been much better without all the drama and things which made little sense especially in the second half of the series.
On It's Okay to Not Be Okay Sep 13, 2020
I have been waiting for Soohyun's grand return and he didn't disappoint!
The drama surrounding the love story was a bit too much for me, but I just loved everything else about the drama.
The OST was just perfect and the acting was also splendid. Props to Oh Jung Se! Portraying a disabled character is a huge challenge and he did it flawlessly, his acting was very believable.
The title of the drama is so, so fitting "It's Okay to Not be Okay" ... we all have our problems and we daily struggle and battle with our demons. Mental health is just as important as physical health and I hope more people will realize that.
The drama really tells touching stories, which without a doubt can make you shed tears.
Definitely lived up to my expectations and there were also some very nice surprises from the cast - 9/10 for me.

Just type the title in any manga site or the title + read online in Google :)
On Life: Love on the Line Aug 11, 2020
Above all, you should also read the manga, because there are some differences and although I think I prefer the manga's ending, overall I enjoyed the series more.
The chemistry between the leads and their acting was amazing!
It might feel rushed at times, but that's only natural because the story covers years and years from the characters' lives.
I watched this with absolutely no expectations, I hadn't even seen the trailer, but I enjoyed this a lot!
8/10 from me :)
On The Battleship Island Jul 14, 2020
This movie can just... hurt you.
It's so sad that people were just desperate for money and yet they were deceived and got into this hell.
This is why Koreans are still sensitive when it comes to Japan.
The effects were pretty nice as well.
It's definitely not a movie for everyone, but you can surely learn from it.
On What's Wrong with Secretary Kim Jun 15, 2020
I liked the acting and the chemistry between the leads, but the story itself wasn't something WOW and there were too many cliches, this is why I tried to stray from romance dramas for a while.
But it was still enjoyable, the side couples were cute, I thought they were going to keep the suspense with "that" thing for a little longer, but oh well and it feels like they really didn't know what to fill the last 3-4 episodes with xD
6,5/10 for me, definitely could've been better, but it wasn't bad either.
On Itaewon Class Mar 22, 2020
Lately, I've been quite picky when it comes to dramas and I rarely like anything, I always check how much time is left until the end of episodes, but it wasn't like this with Itaewon Class.
The plot itself is nothing new, but I really liked the cast's job and strong female leads, yes!
The drama also shows that devotion is important. Sometimes, it takes a long time to achieve something, not months, but years.
I also liked the OST and the relationships between the characters.
I see that some people are quite dissatisfied with the way the OTP developed, but I enjoyed that quite a lot.
The drama is far from perfect, but there's nothing perfect in life haha
8/10 for me, thank you for the smiles and the tears, Itaewon Class.
On Crash Landing on You Feb 19, 2020
What I liked about the drama the most was the North Korean aspect and the relationships between the characters - not in a romantic way, but the friendship, parenthood, the whole vibe of unity.
Honestly, the supporting characters stole the show, especially Yang Kyung Won! Give that man all the awards in the world, he deserves them! I was quite disappointed by Kim Jung Hyun though. It's my first time seeing him "act", but he was terrible, his facial expressions and everything...
The chemistry between the leads was good, but as I already said, other things got the spotlight for me.
There were of course, some things which were ridiculous and it would've been better if they were not included, but overall I enjoyed the drama, so I can give it a steady 7/10.

Did it have any romance? Did it have a "happy ending"?
There is no romance between the main characters.
A happy ending... it depends on the point of view.
I would call it an open one and there is supposed to be a second season, so...

After the many praises... I had very high expectations for the movie, but... I didn't enjoy it much.
I like the first part, even up until like the first hour and a half, but after that...
The movie had great potential and it's surely not everyone's cup of tea.
But the way it was, it will definitely stay in the mind for longer and I understand the hype around it.
It will perhaps win the Golden Globe tonight and who knows... maybe even an Oscar next month?
Good for the actors and for Bong Joon Ho, but for me... there are far better movies.
Still, it definitely clearly shows just how far people can go in their desperation for money, which is sad.
A shaky 6/10 for me.

I had very high expectations for this drama, because of the many great reviews and comments, but for me... it was boring. The acting didn't grab me either.
It did show life quite well though, because it can be dull and difficult for sure.
I liked the message of the drama, the relationship between the three brothers and the ending, but I had a hard time completing it.
Overall - 5,5/10 for me.
On Stranger Nov 13, 2019
Title Stranger Spoiler
I just completed the drama and I must say... it wasn't as good as I was hoping.
Not that it was bad, but I guess I was expecting something slightly different, because I read it revolves around serial murders and that wasn't really the case, political affairs are not really my thing, but Koreans do love watching such things, so I get the super high ratings the drama got while it was airing.
The acting was really, really good! The story itself... it was nice too, some of the plot twists were predictable, but what really surprised me was Eun Soo's death! I was not expecting that!
Also, when they mentioned that Chief Yoon's child had died in an accident 3 years ago, I instantly thought that he was somehow connected to the murders, but it didn't cross my mind that he would actually be the killer.
Dong Jae... sometimes changing one's personality is not possible, no matter what the person goes through.
HOWEVER, there are definitely some questions that didn't find their answers... like what exactly happened with Yoo Beom after his 'I'm sick' play, also Yeon Jae? Will she really leave things as they are or would she seek revenge for her husband? Would she go against her father or someone else??
My BIGGEST question is... what was the deal with Jeong Bon??? He was present when Ga Young was found and he was also connected to Park's case, he felt bad for Chief Yoon, as a fellow criminal would. What was the point of showing us suspicious scenes with him and then NOTHING?
I can't really say I enjoyed the open ending of the drama, BUT I saw that there is supposed to be a second season, which has been postponed for years and is reportedly coming out in less than half a year? I hope it's true and then I wouldn't be too mad that they left us hanging when it comes to important matters.
Overall, 7/10. It could've been better, but the actors really did a good job, so... :)
