What the hell! Ok I admit it, I am totally lost now. What did the grandfather mean by "I have to take care of this" and then the donor appeared we know he's too old to be a donor. Since last ep did not have a preview I'm guessing that today's ep will shed some light. Just start this ball rolling already I want to see some happy moments for the couple and the child. You owe us that !
