That’s exactly my point. I feel like people always want a character development or backstory to but in reality sometimes we don’t get an explanation, it is what it is. It won’t always make sense. I’m just speaking in terms to why I like this drama as a whole; that it’s different from other Kdrama because a lot of people can relate to.

She never said she will try to change him. She actually said she knows she will regret it but she’s going for it anyways because that’s what her heart wants.

Personally I like this show. I don’t understand why all the negative reviews? The acting and chemistry was top notch. I feel like all the bad reviews was just due to the ML being a player - that’s exactly what his character is suppose to be, that’s his story. It’s realistic; showing that not all the guys you like in life will be that perfect and respectful guy that most Kdrama portrays where he won’t even literally just sleep on the bed with you lol.

If you’re debating if you should watch this, the answer is YES you definitely should! Ep 41 - just a warning, you will need to be prepare for this one! Any who I feel like this drama was getting a lot of bad reviews just because some viewers don’t find the female lead “attractive” enough for the part. That’s incredibly unfortunate because you’ll be missing out on a really amazing one! I find the female lead super cute, her smile can melt the North Pole.

He is so freaking handsome and can definitely act his butt off. The fact that he’s getting so much attention by just playing support roles speaks volume. With that being said, I don’t know why he’s not getting more lead roles? Must be his agency. Also is it just me or he resembles a younger version Donnie Yen?

Is this similar to Go Go Squid? I’m not a fan of E Sport drama but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed Go Go Squid. Want to know before I start this drama lol.

I had such high hopes for this drama and really wanted to like it. I love the main leads as I’ve seen their other works and they were great but for some reason their chemistry together here was not. I would also say it has to do with the story line and their characters as well. It got boring pretty fast. :(

This was such a great drama, it left a deep impression on me after I finished it. I keep going back to rewatch some of my favorite scenes from time to time. The cinematography, the OST, and the acting were just on another level! Now, some people are rating this drama with low ratings because *it doesn’t necessarily have a happy ending* — I don’t understand this whole ordeal of always wanting a happy ending etc.? If all dramas ended the same with a happy ending then the whole drama world would be so boring. IMO the ending was perfect for this drama as it’s the most suitable one, there’s no way they could live “happily ever after”, after all that they’ve been through. Some stories are happy and some stories are sad, we just have to appreciate all of it’s charm. But if you’re someone who just loves happy ending then no this would not be the one for you. But you would be missing out ;)

Holy crap she is booked and as she should! After watching Goodbye My Princess I couldn’t believe that she had never had a lead role before because her acting was freaking phenomenal. She’s better than most known actresses. Glad she’s finally getting more recognition, can’t wait for her dramas to be release.

I like Shen Yue but I feel like she plays the same character all the time. However I did enjoy Jasper Liu and Shen Yue interaction, gotta admit that they’re uber cute! This show is so corny tho, I cringed so much lol but I stayed for their interaction. A good filler to watch when you’re bored.
