It doesn't have any NC scenes but it is full of heavy and gut wrenching topics maybe watching it with your mum is ok but will a 14 year old. No not at all. Also it doesn't have ant funny scenes.

They look so cliche because there was literally no real friendship there they all were just parts of cliques. The characters were dumb to not vote out the bullies first and they were all just so easy to manipulate. The doctor and the police were just absolute shit in their jobs.

Trust me the characters are the worst part of this series. The mystery is good but the execution isn't that great. Also this bunch might just be the most stupidest of high school kids in a kdrama.
