Yes, not by much considering Pond isn’t a child actor like Phuwin. I think Pond can be better if he wasn’t making these low grade school BLs that doesn’t challenge anyone to really act. Considering Phuwin was in a ship with Neo and Neo graduate to be a better actor once he lost Phuwin as his ship. I see potential for Pond to be the same without Phuwin. The only actors with any real talent seem to be Au and Boom.

As I have said, I really want to support Pond and AuBoom but I can’t rot my brain to watch Phuwin give another stereotypical performance. If Phuwin fans are upset. Get over it. People are free to like and not like whoever they want. It’s disgusting that people like to come browbeat me into liking Phuwin just because they do.

As much as I want to support Pond and AuBoom. I cannot put myself through the torture of watching Phuwin give another cringey performance where’s he is being a total bitch with that RBF. That might be what some people are into but I can’t. He’s bordering on red flag territory with all his characters. Even his shipwork is super cringey to watch now.

It is actually about right and wrong on the scale of if an actor cannot be comfortable kissing another guy in BL then it is wrong for him to take a role he know requires kissing. The right thing to do is for the actor to give up the part and give it to another actor who can not only act but act like he doesn’t mind getting a full mouth to mouth kiss with some kind of movement. Not that cringey scene where Bright looked like he was in pain while kissing Metawin.

The bare minimum I expect actors to do is perform their scenes with some believability. If that makes me immature then color all a rainbow of it. There is nothing attractive or hot about an actor who lowers the while scale of BL with making this genre with such low grade crappy acting.

I can’t take any BL seriously if two sexually healthy guys in their prime act like virgins at kissing. Phuwin fans can’t distinguish his acting skills from his looks and shipwork. I mean there is a reason he was paired with Neo and that ship ended nowhere. Phuwin has no sex appeal for someone who is conventionally attractive.

Look at how Neo was able to create sizzle with Louis is less attractive than Phuwin. Neo has scorched the screens with Mark in Only Friends.

Everything that is keeping the Pondphuwin ship floating is from Pond. It’s so awkward to see him kiss. It doesn’t matter if it’s a guy or girl. He’s just so bad at it which is why it’s embarrassing to watch. I can’t wrap my head around someone who seems like he should know how to kiss but doesn’t. In the BTS of episode 7, you can see Pond kissed him senseless. 😂 Phuwin had besotted bedroom eyes after Pond kissed him. That’s why it’s very funny how Phuwin was doing Fireboy in a stripper dance with Pond. Phuwin can’t deliver the heat whereas we see how Pond can in his Fireboy performance. It’s the difference between a boy playing with fire and a man bringing the heat to the fire.

I know you and I aren’t the only ones who aren’t mindless blind fans of Phuwin. Something about him just doesn’t sit right about his acting and how he is kind of a dick to Pond. I’ve had multiple people who have said this so me in the last 6 months or so.

I just don’t know how he’s getting so many roles and his performances are bad or he is just ill fitted for the role. At least Phuwin’s not as bad as Dunk. 😬

As a gay man I don’t understand why you’re so against BLs doing more realistic kissing scenes. Literally I said if BL actors are going to get into BLs they show portraying kissing better. Seriously, 90% of BL actors need to watch this to learn about how to kiss if you’re going to do a BL. And both Bright and Metawin along with all their fans need to watch this before they fangirl over 2gether and Still Together. You don’t need NC scenes to show chemistry but you sure as hell need to show me you can KISS a guy you have been crushing over after you been trying to find him from a concert a couple of years ago.

The best Thai BL ship is by far MaxTul. Even then, I am happy Tul is no longer doing BLs because now I get to watch Max doing other things. Max was in a BL before MaxTul and he was great in it.

I love that Ohm is going to in a new ship. I was fine with him when he was with Singto not really doing shipwork. I like BadBuddy but I hated the OhmNanon ship. They constantly fought or are force to do shipwork. I can’t believe these two were friends jsut because they said they were. I don’t fight with my friends like that even if we disagree on this. We still laugh together when we disagree. That wasn’t the case with Nanon and Ohm just is very reactive to how Nanon treats him. They were like Fire and Water doing shipwork. I had to unfollow their fan meets. After they fight at a fan meet. It was so uncomfortable to see them do the fan service post quarantine. Then epwhen they were doing Fanday interviews. Nanon was so rude to Ohm so Ohm stop trying to talk to him and they both ended up ignoring each other. They are different people who have volatile personalities so that was a very difficult friendship to maintain when you have no breathing space because fans demand shipwork from the BL actors.

When Never Let Me Go aired. I got onto the PondPhuwin ship but last year I got off the ship because I don’t think Phuwin likes doing shipwork but is forced to do it. The way he side eyes Pond and make snarky comment to Pond during fan meets isn’t enjoyable to watch. It’s very funny that if these BL actors weren’t good looking and they behave like this, they would be canceled. But Phuwin gets away with it because of his looks and being in a ship with Pond. Then there is Pond being the delusional captain of the PondPhuwin ship. Really if Pond wasn’t acting like a lovesick puppy around Phuwin despite his behavior, the fvck fans wouldn’t keep justifying this behavior.

Imagine is a girl was acting all bitchy and constantly saying rude shit to his boyfriend. These fans would ream her and she would be cancel. I love that Gawin isn’t in a permanent ship because he is now on his fourth BL series with a new partner. I’m here for it. Every series he is in has been great. This is what we can be getting fro GMMTV. I would pay to go see Gawin with whatever ship he is in if I lived in Thailand. I would support him in his singing career if he tour as a solo artist like Jeff Satur. GMMTV is sleeping on Gawin and his potential to make GMMTV some serious money.

I like that Joss is gettin into BL. I would like to see him in multi-ships like Gawin. Ohm is on his way. And recently, I see ship breaking up in other companies. The OhmFluke ship is finally sunk. Good riddance to stoneface Ohm for thst ship. I would love it if Joong left Dunk so I can see if he is a good actor or if he is just good because Dunk sucks ass with no real acting skills.

I really don’t like BounPrem ship and I want it to sink.Prem doesn’t look like he’s comfortable with doing BLs. Now that I have seen Max with Boun in Red Peafowl. I can’t unwish this ship to become a reality. In the same way when I saw Boun with Boss in Zomvior. I am crying on my knees to the BL god to make it happen.

So much epwasted potential because of shipwork. Like I would watch and support the actors in their projects and series if it’s good. If it’s shipwork like OffGun in this series. I’ve checked out. I wish more BL fans were more honest with themselves with how they really feel. Like it’s okay to not like a series even if you like a ship or the actors.

People alway come at me with “well this is rich coming from a Pond Phuwin fan.” Pond can’t act.” “ Phuwin can’t act.” As if I hadn’t ever said anything bad about their acting or their shipwork.” I can be honest with my liking an actor or being in a ship with the quality of work. I’m not delulu to think everything they do is all sunshine and roses.

And that’s the difference between most BL fans and me. I am not afraid to demand better because I know this is the only way we will get better. With a lot more intolerance of subpar content from people who have talent but are just not putting out for us like they should.

Let me preface to say I had put this series on hold after episode 3 or 4 because I don’t like Boston’s character. I wish people would understand why someone like me slut shame him. It isn’t for the fact that’s he’s promiscuous and likes to sleep around. But the way he does it needs a lot of slut shaming.

He is very destructive in the way he sleeps around. Here’s how from what I have seen and read.
1. He clearly knows Nick has a thing for him. To be sex positive at the expense of someone else’s emotional well being is just a shitty thing to do. For this I shame him.
2. He is toxic as fvck for going after Top despite Top being in a relationship with Mew. Just because Top caved in and they have safe sex does not negate the fact that he went after someone else’s man. I don’t care if Top is being fake or not with Mew. Top and Mew were dating. Just because Mew isn’t putting out does not make Top fair game. People are so mad at Top for cheating but Boston pounced him despite Top rejecting him. For this I slut shame Boston.
3. I don’t find it sex positive when any man or woman pursue sex with reckless abandonment at the expense of friends/acquaintances and lovers emotional well being. I don’t care if it’s safe sex or consenting. You cannot act like a total tool and POS just because you’re horny. For this I slut

I know people who sleep around, have one night stands and are polyamory but it isn’t with this kind of bullsh-t burn everyone and everything on the path of destruction. Just because you put n a rubber and go on birth control doesn’t mean it’s safe sex and get someone to consent doesn’t mean it’s sex positive. Not when you discount, disrespect and disregard others feelings in fvcking around.

Your take does not take into the account of those who have been cheated on with people like Boston who cannot keep it in their pants. Nonkul is a great actor but if you’re a GMMTV stan and would watch Dunk, Dew, Nani, Nanon, Kay AJ/JJ and even Pond over Nonkul. Nanon isn’t attractive enough to play Shane. Dunk, Dew and Nani can’t act to save their lives. Joong, Kay, AJ/JJ and Pond do not have the acting chops to carry this role. And I can say this as a Pond stan. Ohm might be the only one who can carry this but that voice with the female lead. 😂🗣️📈🗣️📈

GMMTV didn’t make this series for its usual schoolgirl audience which makes sense as to why you won’t like Nonkul. Usually GMMTV stans can’t tell good acting from bad acting since they like shipwork and looks over actual acting skills.

Also, the series sucks in comparison to original. Nonkul is the only saving grace in the series. Not worth watching otherwise even if it has your GMMTV actors in it. It’s better if you skip something that is clearly not meant for you.

As for the height difference. I mean Tom Cruise the short king of Hollywood has been with Cameron Diaz and he was made to look the same height and taller. Also look at Jun and Jun where both actors are the same height but portrayed as tall and short. No. When it comes to the whole of BL, people like to make exceptions to the general rule. It’s why subpar hetero series will get above 8.0 ratings. You need to be an outstanding BL like Not Me to break above the 8.0 rating. To date, no BL has surpass an 8.5 rating. Seriously I Feel You Linger In The Air and Not Me are great series. If it wasn’t a BL, you know it would score higher. There is no way My School President deserves the same 8.5 rating. But because of shipwork, people tend to focus on the ship and not the series as a whole. It’s why the whole BL ratings on MDL cannot to be trusted.
