I have two questions Is the female lead good? I haven't seen any of her dramas. And second, is the novel translated?
She’s not bad bad, I just personally think she over acts (like theator style) quite a bit. Kinda depends on the chemistry the main leads have. hopefully this will be a breakthrough for her. Maybe it’ll be the next hit.
Who was Liang Chen again? Wasn’t she the spirit that married the emperor? Why did they bring her back instead of YD’s sister? That would have been more interesting imo. Good show just not sure how I feel about such an abrupt ending, but still trying to cram in everyone’s smiles lol.
Food for thought: if she imagined him in the game. He must have imagined her in the game too. Because he said “that’s different now” about noticing her. I liked it. I thought it was interesting.
Loved it for the most part. Like most other commenters I agree the ending should have had that one scene to give it a more clear wrap. Kinda confusing until you read into it. I thought they were dreaming at first. Second I wish Chang Yi was a little tiny bit less naive in the beginning-almost felt like a kid so when they threw romance into it kinda weirded me out until he got smarter. Senior kinda got screwed over. Not invited to the wedding. Not thanked for spending half of his power to help transform her body. She could have been a little nicer to him in a sisterly way imo idk. He was 99.9% selfless imo I loved the equal amount of growth for everyone though. And how they all stuck to their good roots and friendships.
I’m cool with dubbing most of the time. My question is this: If they are going through all that trouble…why don’t they pick better female voices instead of the high pitched, whiny, baby talk, annoying female voices we find in almost every drama. Ugh fingernails on a chalk board sound better lol
