Actually here in mdl it’s about cringe romance dramas that attracted most of the audience, specially with chinese dramas. There are many dramas that were criticise in the mainland for the flat plots and performed poorly but here in mdl they have very high ratings. I don’t wanna pinpoint those dramas but people who knows about this will understand. Many high performed suspense thriller dramas have less watchers here with very low ratings. In case of FI this drama has barely provide us anything so far that's why the interaction is less compared with other XK dramas.

The drama didn’t even finish filming yet they provide such a goosebumps teaser. Only a Mastermind like Xing jianjun is capable of doing such things. My anticipation rate is above 100% for this project😅

For wuxia drama solid production team with big investors is a must. Low budget dramas don’t perform that much at all. And the risks also high like getting physically hurt etc. So if it’s a wuxia i hope the production team do Justice with him and promote those dramas well. I have no hopes in xianxia with same plot Again and again. It’s too boring. Heavily depends on cgi and if the cgi lacks it will be a disaster. Adventure and investigation genre is a really good option. I am also counting it to be those genres.

Domestic industry is facing cold winds for sometimes now specially with those big budget historical dramas with big stars. The investors are afraid to spend their money on historical dramas now. Many big budget dramas are postponed as a result. Don’t know if it will be wise to take on big ip dramas like road to heaven now. What do you think?

If you asked me to choose based on the popularity i will say the mao ni's one Road to the heaven. Mao ni is one of the best author in the domestic industry so the buzz will be huge. Li muge is the director i think and i heard he is also a good director. But the novel has more than 1000 chapter and i don't know how will they finish it only with 40 epi. I don’t know much about the mango's one. Just heard it’s a investigation drama with a solid production backing it. Compared with other 3 major platform mango is quite lowkey so i don’t know if it’s good to take that one either. What about the third one? I just know it’s from tencent that's it. I am not sure which one will be perfect for him. What do you think?

Actually when i first saw that rumour i was really excited about that. But after i calm down i realise it’s not a good choice to take that drama. It’s a female centric drama so i don’t think it’s worth taking cause he was rumour for some big ip male centric dramas including mao ni's one. Second every one is eyeing for that drama so other fandoms will not be happy and will criticize it badly. Third the novel fans are also aggressive. A little change and they will bash the actors. It’s a huge risky project. So it’s better to not take that one.
