Bro, you're the one who decided to put politics (I mean is it not you who started this thread in the first place when this is about celebrating Crystal's career?) while ignoring the facts behind your one false claim of evil no-freedom China vs freedom HK. Which is a lie, because HK actually ranks very high in the Cato freedom index under CCP than UK or the US. And certainly they are much freer since the return to China than when they were actually under UK rule. I just think it's a total farce that they are looking to 'freedom' from countries that are less free than themselves. I see bullshit I'm going to point out bullshit. Last time I checked Hongkong was a Chinese SAR, this is an internal issue for the Chinese, at the most I can see where UK's meddling may come from, but I don't even know why US is sticking itself in there at all.
I am way passed the stage of listening to the slogans and statements of freedom, I just look at the results. And it doesn't look good for the 'freedom' invasions the US and allies have participated in.

Been more than me and you somehow hasn't figured out most mainstream media is not VPN blocked nor figured out how easy it is to get VPN in China. Social media sites are the ones that tend to be block, news sites tend not to be, I'm not a huge social media person anyways so it's no biggie, but even for my sister who is huge on social media it's a non-issue. Besides, not being able to get certain localized services, internet-wise things have been good. And absolutely, I will enjoy broadening my horizons, it's something I love anyways. Once you get out of your self-grandiosed 'free society' lens, perhaps you too will truly see your horizons broaden. But at the moment, you are for sure very tunnel-visioned.

There we go, you are not looking for the truth, you are looking only for what you want to see. When you can't argue facts, you begin to go, go to China. But whatever I have been to China, it's pretty nice actually, if I have never went and only listened to mainstream media, I would have definitely believed otherwise.

Bro, seriously, go watch the BBC interview, BBC host asked, will you condemn the violence? And the 'protester' leader refused to condemn the violence.
Why would such a quest even exist if 'protests' had been peaceful? Why have so many people been beating up because some 'protesters' mistook them for being main-landers? What about the desecration and destruction of public properties? What about the elderly that was killed or the man who was torched, or the policeman who as stabbed in the neck?
Listen to yourself excusing away the violence and riot by stating I grew up in a free society LMAO. I grew up in New Zealand, we are top 3 in Cato's index of measurable freedoms along with HK. If there is one thing I believe in is facts and independent media. I was once like you, but after doing research, learning about history and becoming interested in independent media, I don't buy the whole 'free society' narrative anymore.

I'm sorry how is supporting law and order = diplomat for CCP while living in the USA and polluting Disney? Because by this conclusion you are drawing: CCP = law and order while US = rioting and bombings.
The question should be, is her support for HK police right or wrong? Because as far as morality goes, supporting HK police against the destructive rioting behavior to bring stability and peaceful environment is absolutely the right thing to do.
HK 'protesters' have been ignorant at best and down right criminal at worst. I mean, these people did in fact end up killing one elderly man for cleaning up after them, and torch another man for disagreeing with them leaving him with terrible burns. These people also doxxed policemen and their family members, going as far as to harass their children at school. This is disgusting to say the least.
Also let's not forget CIA members meeting with 'protesters' giving them money and training to pretty much riot. This isn't organic or peaceful, in fact they don't even have basic reasoning for the protest because whole reason of their protest was based on misinformation and propaganda spread by the 'protester' leaders.

She had some minor surgeries done, before that she looks like a typical (more common) North East girl, after some minor surgeries she softened a bit more.
I know many people who aren't from China (or even from north China) aren't familiar with her sort of look, but actually her sort of look is quite common in NE China niche. I know of a lot of people from the NE who had her sort of pre-touch-up look.

People don't get. Her acting is great. The thing is the character she plays are the issues and not her.
Um, her acting could be polished more for sure. To say she has great acting would be a bit over, but this girl has potential and I think she should choose her characters more carefully, she really really suits rebellious/tomboy type characters much more than the super girly ones.

I'm sorry, but when you break the law and do not stop when requested by law-enforcement, then you will be forcefully subdued, especially so if you have dangerous weapons such as knives, bats, petro bombs, bow&arrows, Molotov-bombs and other dangerous chemicals, or reach for policemen's weapons. All of which your so-called 'unweaponed' participants had or had attempted to do. I mean did the 2-tonnes of explosives seized by police from 'protesters' not count as dangerous weapons or what?

Fan Bing Bing what's happening? she needs another lead role she probably would have gotten so much offers by now
Yes. She signed under Fan BingBing, I was expecting better work and more breakout roles with BingBing's connections. But! It's been a while and I am feeling disappointed. This girl can act and can deliver, she just needs a chance!

Why would she have to make a stand for false accusations made by a terrorist organisation, propagated by neo-cons of country that considers itself hostile toward her own country?
That would be like Han Chinese actors and actress taking a stand on the same side as the cult that was responsible for the deaths of many elderly and teenagers back in the 90s.
