This drama is totally underrated. If I didn't see this I never would have known that Park Shin Hye actually does know how to act. I watched this about two years ago and have seen pretty much all of her best known dramas but with this role she nailed it. This one was way above average, I would say way above 80% of the dramas scored 8 or higher. I guess it's weakness is the severity in portraying emotions and relationships, it lacks typical drama bull I guess.
I really enjoy this drama, truth is they could get rid of all that Korean-drama-cliche bull (yaaay, Joseon-piggyback, yaaaay) but the story is very interesting so far and I love the main leads and their romance, they're adorable
This movie is beautiful, refreshing, amazing and beautiful again and again. Wonderful story, casting, music and great production, I love it, overall 10
Amazing story! I'm really surprised how good it is, acting is superb. Btw does anyone knows where can I read manhwa with english translation? I'm sooo hooked
Just passing by to say that this is THE BEST DRAMA, NO BEST KOREAN SHOW EVER for like billionth time. I still can't get over this drama, really. It's incredible.
Let's be honest, it already a fact that this is the best Korean drama ever :) it's almost perfect. I wish they would made such shows in the future because I still can't get myself to enjoy any other. Oh it was so good.
This drama is good and I like it but it's overrated imo. The twists didn't really shock or amaze me and there…
Thanks @helkwo, that's right, even Park Min Young was so great in portraying her role that I was really amazed and still am. It was like they lived their roles, characters are rarely unique. I've seen many great stories but the main characters repeated over and over again, or if not, there would be those cliches and misunderstandings. This is just different, it tastes different, everything about this show.

I'll just say it's not all in a big dramatic plot twists, sure that is a promise of a good fun but it's not exclusively the key factor for higher quality show/movie. What makes the quality of Healer next to other dramas are the details and people's more natural (and mature) behavior and their relationships, not to mention there's no ridiculous cliches and misunderstandings. In my opinion next to all dramas I've seen so far this is the closest to real life in the way people actually behave and that is what made Healer so great. I love dramas but Healer is beyond that what makes a great "drama". It may not be the greatest "drama" of all time (it doesn't have some super cool plot made for sale) but it's a breakthrough from the circle of repetitive and unrealistic characters masked with a supercool "new" fantasy plot. Actually I think the thing that made this drama so popular internationally is the refreshment most of us felt about it.
It's my opinion so don't be alerted.... or anybody else :)
I like this drama but that piggyback scene is so annoying, not just in this drama, it's just that I don't see the point, we're in 21th century for God's sake, with cars, taxi on every corner, trams, buses, metro and every other possible mobile transportation. I love dramas but if they don't move on from this kind of cheap scenes I'll start to drop like a maniac. People don't piggyback drunk people, they would throw up 70 times to their homes and there would not be any romance involved, really.
Even though all that was said below was nonsense I have to admire the persistence. At least it's not harsh, it's…
I do too, that's why I love hanging on this page :) I would gladly switch with Healer newbies anytime to reset the excitement. It's official now that I'll never be able to get over the fact it ended. Way too awesome experience overall. <3
But the real problem is how to move on, all I see when watching dramas now is the mistake here, a mistake there, bad acting, cliches all over the plot, typical decorated plot etc. This time I have to pause for a few months or I could end up dropping dramas like crazy xD

Still missing Healer and at the same time hating it cause I can't get myself into any drama nowadays. But I'm sure there'll be great dramas in the future, at least now there's an example to follow :D
