I feel just sad for those who couldn't relate to this show, really, as this drama is just pure love.. All I think when I see such comments is like "wow, what is wrong with you" but hey, who am I to judge, right? So thanks to all the haters for at least wrapping their "you're stupid and superficial for rating it a 10" thing with a nicer tone, at least we sure are learning from you :)
and I have to add that the sweetest thing is seeing their dramalists after reading the comments, particularly for finding even less logic behind the "criticism".

I have the same problem, I do actually watch some good dramas along with rewatching Healer but I only get one hour so called satisfaction and then I'm at the beginning. And my drama standards rose way too high because of Healer, now I can't get myself into anything, all I see are lapses in other dramas and how greatly would they resolved it in Healer. Or is it because I'm not ready to let go. I don't know, but I'm really sad cause it ended.
This drama is not overrated at all. People wouldn't be so willing to give 10/10 if this show wasn't that enjoyable…

It's better than CH. Yes it does, it became 9.2 top drama with reason :)
So,
1. People actually have brains AND spines
2. All the characters have great chemistry so their interactions are natural
3. OTP is outstanding
4. OST is outstanding and suits the scenes
5. Ji Chang Wook's acting is brilliant
6. Park Min Young 's acting is the best ever, her role seemed like it was written for her
7. There's no love triangle
8. It's positive, no bad guys making you wanna throw your laptop through the window. Actually you get to like them
9. Ji Chang Wook is hot
10. Third character is not a nuisance, he's adorable and so is Yoo Ji Tae portraying him
11. Main characters are actual people thus they have flaws
12. The screenwriter Song Ji Na wrote Eyes of Dawn and Sandglass, two of the most influential and highly rated Korean dramas of all time (source wikipedia)

Exactly why I loved it so much. I could sense from the beginning it was not an ordinary drama set for sales, the writer actually thought about the story and characters, she created this story with love and affection and it was transparent through cast's amazing skills and chemistry. That is the thing that made this drama stood out so much and the reason why I fell so incredibly for it. I'm just happy that even with all the obstacles on the way she managed to transfer the emotion that was drawn into the writing. As I said before how it feels like somebody heard all my thoughts and wishes and wrote them down, it was actually true, as she stated in her answers she actually observe people's nature and that's what made us relate to the characters. God she's the best ♥
