It's just as you stated in your comment. This is a Non-Official Remake/Reboot of Taiwanese Drama "In Time With You" and it's just like that the male lead fell in love with the female lead first but prefer to stay in the friend zone instead of confessing his love.

why close range love movie is a sequel to this while they have no related containt
Because the drama it's about Haruka high school days and his first love story (Prequel) while the movie is about Haruka current present as a sensei and how he falls in love again. (Sequel) The reason why both (Dorama and Movie) don't have the same main cast it's because in the drama main lead it's a teenage while on movie he's an adult, and both were launch on the same year.
