The "highbrow" kbl fans are at it again ๐. Maybe they should stick to their 2 min per episode bls with poor…
I never watch Kbl. Why? Korean people in general are the worst racists on the planet and they are also so homophobic. What we see in Kdramas just shows that they are actually hypocrites. Korean men in general aren't as nice in real life.
I have asked a Thai coworker about this. She said men can also use "ka" maybe to their girlfriends or to women…
It's true. Thai men sometimes say 'ka', but only to girls who are more or less the same age or younger, just to sound cute. They may say 'ka' to their crushes, girlfriends, relatives or daughters and this is not uncommon.
Only in cinemas in Thailand now. It will be released in Laos, Malaysia and Singapore on May 30th. It will be shown in Vietnam too but no release date yet for Vietnam.
Any word on whether this will eventually get added to any official U.S. streaming platform?
EP 3 with English subtitles was already uploaded on the official GMMTV Channel on Youtube. I think subsequent episodes will be uploaded, too, one episode per week. You can also watch it on VIU Thailand website.
I thought it was kind of his fault. Before the accident, Night had never been the big brother who took care of…
In the series, Day does acknowledge that it was probably an accident, and Night's been feeling guilty ever since because he knew it was partly his fault (although he didn't cause it directly).
I can't say that it was Night's fault ๐ He didn't intentionally make Day hurt his cornea ...
Day does acknowledge that it was an accident, but I think itโs a culmination of having to take care of Night and being the big brother instead. If Night hadn't been drunk in the first place, and Day hadn't had to come to collect his brother and drive him home that night, Day wouldn't have had the accident after all. I kind of understand why Day blamed his big brother. In part 2, his dad said "Night was trying to be the big brother he wanted him to be even though itโs too late."
I have no word to describe my feeling right now, this series is just so beautiful ๐ญ When Mhok started crying,…
I thought it was kind of his fault. Before the accident, Night had never been the big brother who took care of his younger brother; in fact, it was the opposite. If Night hadn't been drunk in the first place and if Day hadn't had to come and collect him from the bar and drive him home that night, the accident'd never have happened after all. In part 2, his father said "He's trying to be the big brother you once wanted him to be even though it's too late."
The Thai version just makes me want to watch the original J series. It's a disappointment on so many levels, but…
What's wrong with a remake? You are just a narrow-minded person. Your opinions here just show how ignorant and narrow-minded you are! It's a waste of time to compare the two versions. Many people are loving the Thai version (and some don't, which is okay, but if you don't just keep your opinions to yourself. Thank you,
ending was awful. maybe they wanted an open ending for the audience to fill in the blanks or interpret as they…
The ending wasn't that bad because they followed the novel, but they could have done a little better as it felt rushed, I agreed. The final scene was not confusing for people who've read the novel, but even a lot of people who haven't read it seem to know that there's Part 2 of the story. The final scene simply showed that there's a continuation of their love story, and it's possible that they may do a season 2.
