It fits in that category yes, there’s not much plot. Characters aren’t really likable too, and loooooots of filler and flashbacks without adding to the story. Some people seem to like it though. There’s eye candy and pretty scenery

To each their own, 2 hours is enough for someone to get the general gist of the entire series, especially if 90% of the 2 hours were spent in filler scenes, unnecessary and boring dialogue, and just eye candy and pretty scenery. I can tell what the director is going for. But if that’s what you like to watch then I can’t disagree with that.
