SPOILER ALERT I have never seen a sequel that was so awful. The first season of Tharn/Type was so good. This sequel managed to make me despise all the characters. Tharn did not act - he just pouted through the 12 long episodes. Type did not act either…he just furrowed his brow and looked angry ALL the time. Techno ( who really liked before) was an idiotic jerk. The Fiat and Leo coupling was so unbelievable and I despised Fiat. Leo is nuts because he is in love with a narcisstic mental case. Doc was so annoying with a stupid, silly grin painted on his face for most of the episodes. The whole storyline was a mess and again, unbelievable. The dialogue was dreadful, bad script for sure but also bad acting probably caused by a hopeless director. The dialogue was so bad that I was actually fast-forwarding through episodes 8 to 12, and even though I don’t speak Thai, I did not miss anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOW - it will ruin any fond memories you had of the first season. I won’t even get into the absurdity of Type becoming a Monk!
I can’t get this show out of my head(and heart). ITSAY and IPYTM are so moving and quite realistic about love, life, emotions. just so beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about both of the TV shows.
I finished My Mister shortly before he died.. I loved it so much. Bought the OST too. Now when I listen, I can only think of Lee Sun Kyung and his kind gentleness in that show. I hope some good might come from this tragic suicide. We are all just his fans and we are sad…can you imagine how sad are his family, friends, colleagues? Please give a thought for them too and keep then in your prayers.. Thank you LSK. May you truly be at peace in paradise.
