I couldn't call it happy, Temporarily yes until reality sets in. What if they have kids and Fengxi will be alone and still relatively young assuming their about 30 at the end so at 40 she will be a widow. Due to Lanxi not wanting her to die he has made it so she will have suffer his loss instead, he literally said the 1st to go is selfish.

I really could not stand 2nd ML the older illegitimate brother, he seemed to think he had the right to the FL's character, so glad there wasn't a subplot of them together when she had no memories, she turned him down enough. True ML was a bit possessive at times too.

I have 6 episodes left really enjoying it, I am watching it at the same time as the Moon Embracing the Sun which I think is better

She was 16 not 17 she turned 17 when the show was airing.

Judging by her popularity now she must have improved plus she was only 16 when this was filmed.

"The Beauty Inside" was my introduction to Kdrama around 3 months ago love Seo Hyun Jin and I have practically watched nothing other than Korean shows since maybe 90% of my viewing.

As for Han Na I went there too I thought she was the reincarnation of Seo Ha's mother as well and she is protecting him, I.m going to have to rewatch episode 1 and see if there was any indication that Seo Ha's mother was aware that Ju Won was what she is and that was why she was hired ??

I actually got sidetracked after watching episode 1, I always look up the cast and see what else there is and I did that with the Mum and have already binge-watched two of Lee Bo Young's drama "Agency" and "I hear your voice". Because of this habit, I must be between 2 and 10 episodes of like 10 different drams lol.

9.5 out of 10 great show, I will need to binge Jun Ji Hyun's other shows now loved her in this (knew to Kdramas so why I am so late lol). I only discovered this because I watched "It's ok not to be okay" and I checked out what the cast of that had done the same ML.

I,ve just discovered her, am watching My Love from a Star and checked out her filmography and was surprised how little she has done mostly movies and what shows she does are highly rated.

Then I noticed her income from endorsements she made over £12 million in 2014 alone I don't think she needs to act too much if she doesn't want to.

Just came across Jang Ja Yeon case this week I am very new to SK entertainment only a few months, as a man it makes me sick this happens and clearly still does and unfortunately other than CEO Kim serving 4 MONTHS (NOONE was punished) even after witnesses came out confirming it(2019 investigation although apparently the evidence was there in 2009) as well as a police chief being threatened and evidence going missing, even the wife of one of the accused was a prosecutor, the ones investigating are either involved, bribed or threatened.
There must be 10'000's of these women in SK alone.
This poor girl only signed with that agency about 14 months earlier and was drugged and raped by at least 31 different men as well as other assaults so this was at least a weekly thing I am glad I don't have a daughter, and I wonder what these mens wives and daughters think about this because apparently the names did get out ?

might be more than stress, I came across her story after reading about the sad story of Jang Ja-yeon, not that the truth will come out.

I haven't watched it yet, but like you said what's with Korean dramas and suicide at 1st like first 2 Kdramas I watched had mentioned or hinted at suicide and I was a little more put off by it, yet 3rd one I watched "Introverted Boss" the whole show focuses on the FL trying to unravel the reason her older sister killed herself, I didn't think they covered it well (especially not dealing with what WAS defo rape). But as a 40-year-old man who literally never cries even when my mother passed away and only gets teary very rarely when animals get injured, I found myself at times uncontrollably crying during this show during the scenes about the sister thinking why has she killed herself because in the show they never mentioned she was mentally ill, she was shy and was embarrassed, which made think anyone can be having problems and you don't know and suicide can be something you do when your lowest and you may never any other time but it's too late then, It helped me realise i need to get help myself and currently waiting to speak to someone so am happy about it.
