Cheng Yi suffers a lot in most of his dramas, and spits a lot of blood way to much😂😂 they deny him happy endings over and over again,😭

I think south wind knows is the only drama that i have watched where he gets a happy ending, (maybe there are more that i dont know about)

I know, infact its the opposite, i think he has been criticised solely because of his looks (he is not the most conventionally attractive actor at first glance). His success is due to good acting.

I'm not into republican era dramas, but i'm gonna give this a chance bcoz of cheng yi. im on eps 3 and i really like.

Also, i heard that this was filmed before Love and Redemption and Mysterious Lotus Casebook became a hit and launched his career.

I hope he grows to realize that not all demons are evil and that there is a thin line btn evil and good. Same to MZY

i havent seen kdramas with good veteran actors this year. Its like all my fav actors took long breaks.

Maybe i should give Liu Yuning a try. I'm not a big fan but everyone and their mom love him.

I watched South wind knows bcoz finally they gave chengyi a deserved happy ending They always want him dead in the end of most dramas

and the stupid fl misunderstandings. not to mention the so much love from cheng yi even when the fl clearly doesnt deserve it.

I knowww. I need to rewatch it too. the fl was too annoying for my liking to the point i dropped it two times before watching it again.

I miss Cheng Yi.

lol, they've been together since the beginning, but bcoz of so many misunderstanding, they only get to be together frfr in ep twenty sth after solving the series of misunderstandings, no love triangle really, no to a sad ending, i'd say its a satisfying ending,

and i hate that this happened to a Xu Kai drama.😭
