I agree with most here that say PeteKao is running in circles not moving forward. And it's all slow, though slow works marvelously for SunMork, but now even they must speed up, we're in the middle of it already! I like it that by the preview those two still won't be back home next episode, 'cause I fear Manow playing a role in their story.
I am weirded out by people being so against Pete here in the comments. When it's Kao being so focused on keeping them a secret that's causing all the problems. So far Kao didn't show even a hint he likes Pete. I agree the main couple is a bit boring now, but in the meantime SunMork is heating up. Also, so far it has been well-written, at least.
Bad Romance's KornKnock storyline was much more satisfactory than TWMTNC, though. As for the food allergy, it…
Yeah, Bad Romance was badly made in general and definitely worse than both TWMs. But for KornKnock, look at what developments each series had. Bad Romance brought us their coming out as a couple and it was a well made plot. TWMNC had a marriage proposal in the first episode that led nowhere and their coming out to their parents which was badly (and barely) handled IMO.
I know a lot of fans were not happy with TWMTNC, but how many have watched the prequels to this in the following…
Bad Romance's KornKnock storyline was much more satisfactory than TWMTNC, though. As for the food allergy, it exists in both, since it is mentioned in both. In TWM Korn knows about it, but in Bad Romance he is told about it, even though he knew it in the prequel.
What's with "till we meet again"? Season 3? Where's the wedding?! This season was terrible, but that doesn't mean another season couldn't be good. Give us that, Line!
The fanclub thing was so stupid, plus, in "Together With Me" Knock was drunk and cheated on his girlfriend with…
But in TWM Knock cheating on his girlfriend was because he loves Korn and Korn is the love of his life. In this, In Next Chapter, Korn is allegedly cheating on the love of his life with some random guy. It's has an entirely different meaning in the story, and makes it a bizarre, not well thought-out message. TWM was cliched, but it was tightly written and made perfect sense.
Well, KornKnock is at last as fixed as it could be after this mess. Farm, Rit and Bright's plot, though, was a contrived vague mess that makes no sense whatsoever and can't even be considered storytelling. What the hell happened there? It's impossible to tell! How could I care when they try to make us care about Rit's suffering, when I can't even understand the plot?!
P.S.: If the marriage isn't this season we'll need another (hopefully better) season!
I'm honestly curious, why are people ok with Knock forgiving Korn for what he did but not Cho forgiving Yihwa.…
Well, in my case this season was terrible, it's totally a guilty pleasure to me, I stopped taking it seriously at all. So I just want the characters back together after all this mess. Then I'll forget this thing existed. About the cheating, Korn was drunk and dissatisfied with Knock/feeling abandoned. And his chief seduced him. Art didn't seduce Yihwa, he didn't play dirty, she wasn't drunk, she was totally conscious, and she wasn't angry at Cho nor anything like that. So it really looks like she doesn't love Cho anymore. Even her is suspecting that! Plus, she wouldn't have sex with Cho but had with Art, which makes it seem like she loves him more. Not only that, but Korn wanted Knock back the minute they broke up, but Yihwa isn't even sure she wants Cho back.
Well, this is still terrible, but at least Knock didn't cheat. And at least Korn faced his father and did not yield. Still, it's a misstep and a terrible plot hole that no one ever wonders "WHY THE F*CK DID PETE TAKE A PICTURE OF KORN AFTER THEY HAD SEX?"!!! And how Wanwan had it. Still, I'm skipping YihwaCho and FarmRit, cause their story is so similar I don't care.
I don’t get it! What’s up with you people that wanting Knock to forgive Korn? And wanting them end up together…
I agree, in my opinion if a person cheats it's because he doesn't love the other enough to be in a serious relationship with him. I believe Korn loves Knock, but I don't think he loves him ENOUGH, At least, that's my point of view on the subject matter at hand.
In Ep8, I was so happy to see Korn got what he deserved from Knock for his cheating. Korn is a coward, when Korn…
Well, I expect they'll discuss this issue further, because so far from what they've shown, Knock doesn't even known why Korn cheated. As far as I known, Knock thinks Korn just cheated out of the blue. Korn never explains what led him to it, his feelings, his drunkedness. It was a weird scene.
Because it's a bad, poorly written drama. I don't think anyone has any problems with it being a drama. Together…
I agree with you, I think. I still prefer TWM Next Chapter over LBC, even though LBC is better written. The pacing is the worst problem of TWM, with some episodes amounting to filler. And is also repetitive, with a lot of scenes and plots repeating themselves over and over again. The ending will probably be better than LBC's (wich wasn't an ending) so I'll prefer TWMNC even more.
However it could be said that there was also a gap in people's expectations. This show's theme seems to be cheating and not romance, and it betrayed people's expectations they had with the previous two series. So it's only natural people will feel repulse, because that's not what they've been sold.
@Pedro Guida I agree what you wrote here. If the writer/director want to make this season as realistic as possible,…
Unfortunately, I think Farm will end up with Bright, but I still prefer him with Rit. I think it'd be interesting if they ended up in a three-way relationship.
This took a turn for the HORRIBLE, I hate the direction this thing took, it's abominable. At least the plot finally started though, and we still have 5 episodes for it to resolve, so I think it's enough time.
P.S.: If the marriage isn't this season we'll need another (hopefully better) season!
And I hate it because they were so good in TWM!
