Agreed and so unprofessional

I find Kimsabu has mellowed a lot in season 3, with season 1 he was more gangho and harsh towards the junior doctor, season 2, still harsh and as harsh as he was in season 1, and dare I say SWJ is favorite among all the doctors from Season 1 & 2, put together. He was a lot mores brash and harsh towards KDJ. He didn’t mentored KDJ much compared to those in Season 2 n 3 (just my take, I know some will disagree with this). Anyway KDJ’s role in Season is just a guest and I think if there is a Season 4, don’t think he’ll be in the line-up since so many don’t quite like him much in the the way he is portrayed in Season 3, the so-called shaker of Doldam/Trauma Centre cos he doesn’t do things the way Kimsabu has been running it, and why are SWJ and CEJ so defensive and hostile towards him, they need not worry, he’s just a guest, they will be running the show in Season 4, if there is Season 4 since everyone seems to like their romance so much, and SWJ is seen as the duplicate of Kimsabu in doing things. Eun Tak n Aerum has to go down that road in their relationships cos it’s now stagnating, and they need to cast someone else in season 4 in place Eun Tak if it’s true that the actor playing him is not available.
