Why is it that every time a badass/kickass/martial artist woman is the main female lead in an Asian drama/movie, her love interest always dies???!!! And it's always the ones that do not have a romance label to it!!??? WHY IS IT LIKE THIS!!?? :( Please for god's sake let the badass ladies have their men!!! THEY DESERVE EM TOO!
This was so relatable in a toxic way. I was in a relationship like Nabi and kept going back to the same guy(s) even though I know I would be hurt. Watching this gave me anxiety.
I just finished watching this kdrama and it was beautiful! And relatable! I cried sad tears and happy tears... I don't know what to do with my life anymore T_T
1. Is it just me or does all the secretary guys/bodyguards/loyal partner always named Gwang Su/Kwang Su?? 2. Choi Min Soo's character died in Pride and Prejudice while being shot in the head. Interesting how he also died int he last episode of this drama as well!
I was at first hesitant to watch the drama because of the age gap between the 2 leads. I thought there would be romance (you know like the typical romance dramas like Goblin). However it was completely out of my expectations. After watching the whole drama, I really did wish that the 2 ended up together. Like LenaKove said, they do deserve to be together. Throughout the whole drama, it just gives off that vibe that both of them deserve more.
I watched it because there was some controversy bc of the scenes ofJi An getting beat up... I'm not a sadist or anything. The reason why I wanted to watch it because of these scenes is because in other kdramas when there are action scenes, the female lead mostly, if not always, does not even get a scratch on her body, making it seem less realistic(at least in my eyes). It was definitely an interesting drama. Different from all the others I have watched.
I dropped it... kinda boring but I'm curious as to what happens. Anybody care to share LOL
Well the main obv end up together after annulling their marriage. The father is found and he is not dead. Very fairytale like ending. Kwon Deok Bong and Do Yeo Joo end up together in the end. Deok Bong's family in the end is happy. And the Main female's dad and uncle turned good. Also Kim Wan Shik even came to visit the restuarant after he got out of jail. So all in all. Everyone's happy and I have no idea what happened to Go Nan Gil's step father...

I have no regrets watching it.
