Yep its sad cause he has good potential

I finished the drama. Overall the story was good but its the second half that really caught my attention. For me it was worth watching especially for the acting of xiao zhan and AlenFang and the beautiful costumes/ special effects. Ren min acting was a lot better after zhu Yan became more mature. The problem is mostly the student-master relation lasted too long and not enough sweet moments between shi ying and zhu yan. The ending could have been better but i still enjoyed the drama overall. Xz is really at his best when he does costume dramas. I also hope to see Alen Fang in more big productions.

For once he is the main lead i hope its good. But it looks very interesting

If you like xianxia or one of the leads, you should try it but you have to be patient because the beginning is slow

Im at episode 35. The battle between shi ying and zhi yuan was epic. The outcome was emotional. I really felt zhu yan pain and deep connection with zhi yuan. I think she slighty has more chemistry with him. Everyone's acting was excellent. 😭

Ci sha remind me of Takeshi kaneshiro.

After the untamed , he had very good chemistry with other female leads.

Really enjoying seeing XZ and Alen Fang on the same frame. 😆 Total eye candy. The production did a great job choosing Alen Fang as SML.

He was good in the wolf too. He was a bit rebelious and play boy😄. So i agree, i like him in characters with bad boy side. In the Longuest Promise, the character is to safe. It reminds me of how XZ is now after the 227. Too cautious. Iliked him better when he was more relax. But we all know its not his fault.

I watched him in the Long ballad and Heroes and I thought he had great chemistry with zhao Lusi or Zoey Meng. I think he can be pretty good in romantic roles. The way he looks at the Fl we can feel the love. All is missing is a proper kissing scene.

I really liked him in unique Lady even thought he is not the male lead. But i like him even more in rhe Longuest promise.

Just being curious.Does Liu Yuning has any dramas with kissing scenes because i didn't see any as to date Someone mentionned also there is no kissing scenes in this drama which I find a bit weird for a modern romance.

Im not into lost tomb series but i prefer watching him in adventure dramas than military stuff. At least we get to see him in different genres.

Im at episode 15. And For now i find the story a bit slow but still decent. XZ plays his role very well and is so majestic in beautiful costumes. Its a shame that even with some cute scenes between the leads , there's no chemistry. I am thinking maybe omeone like Zhao Lusi could have play better the role of zhu Yan and the chemistry would definitely be there.

In real life he does has the look of a bad boy 😄In this serie, he impress me because its not easy to make the transition between bad to good but he did it very well. It was subtle but convincing.

The chemistry is good. But i find the actor playing the brother has a stronger presence. The role of cold bad guy suits him so well. His scenes with the princess is hilarious.

Im at episode 9 and i can see that this drama is very well done for a short drama. My only complaint is the ML. I thinks his acting is not that strong and dont like his hair and makeup. He just look better in modern.

Li yi tong its an experienced actress and very pretty too🙂
