Chenzhe yuan is boyish looking but not effiminate. He can also be masculine when he needs to for example if he does action scenes.

Im at episode 3 and i find it interesting. The vibe, background music and costumes are very different from other dramas. I just wish the subs was slower

I dont usually watch campus or first love story but i did enjoyed this one. It made me a bit nostalgic about that time of my life. The romance is cute but nothing racy or sexy. Still the kiss scenes are well done and natural. Some other modern romance dramas are even more conservative

I saw some leaked videos of the two leads kissing and it looks like the kisses are pretty passionate. 😘

So i finished this drama and didn't think i would like it that much at first. I don't watch a lot of modern romance dramas but this one i enjoyed. The chemistry is very natural and their story is very cute. Chen zhe yuan is so adorable here. He proves again he's a talented actor. And now im very curious to see the Winner is king and looking forward for his future projects.

But i think the 2 years is too short. I think they should have put it longer cause in two years people don't usually change that much.

I think the look and acting of the leads is an important factor to the sucess of this drama. If you don't really like the ML, you won't feel compell to watch it. About the age gap, i agree with you that 5 years its not a big age gap. But then i recall when i was 17 or 18, 5 years older than me seems to be old 😅. I guess it depends at what age they met.

Yess i saw some pictures of him in his 2 next dramas. He definitely look more manly. That's fine with me 😊. He has to change over time and age anyway. I also really like his short hairdo.😊

Chen zhe Yuan has a very unique charm. Hard to explain it. Boyish and masculine at the same time. Im at episode 16 . I think its a very cute and well done drama. The story is quite simple but its the two leads that made a difference.

Jiaxu is such a charmer ! Its impossible not to fall in love with him. This role really fits Chen zhe yuan's vibe.

It 7.9 now. Its not that bad. Must be watchable. 🙂

Its definitely a non typical drama and hope its stays that way till the end.
