this is just a difference between a one-person fandom and a show fandom.

I have a theory. In most dramas, there is one main lead and one second lead. Both like the same person. But the audience usually prefers the main lead because we are shown their story in more detail. We see their emotions, their struggles, and we connect with them deeply. The second lead’s story is often not shown as clearly, so people don’t feel as attached.

When we watch a drama without knowing spoilers, sometimes it feels like the second lead might actually end up with the main character. The show even creates moments to make us believe that. But in the end, it usually goes back to the main lead.

I feel like this dating show is doing something similar. They show us so many detailed moments between SW and HJ, their dates, their chemistry, and it looks like they could really be together. But at the same time, they also show YJ’s honest feelings and emotional conversations. That makes me think the show is purposely building both sides to create suspense. It feels like a common trope where the audience is guided one way, but the ending might surprise us. These kinds of shows always do this on purpose. They love to tame us and make fandom fight, seriously SW is receiving so much hate because of this prod team who keeps on confusing viewers. I want him to be happy as well, but I won't say I want only him to be happy like some brainrotts.

Personally, I will be happy with either outcome, a little sad for the one who left alone. But I am a little confused by HJ’s behavior. If he is 70–80% interested in SW, then why does he not refuse when YJ asks to hold hands? If he is set on one, he should have let the other go. That feels a bit inconsistent to me.

Yunjae is overthinker, I can understand him, but he is expressing himself too much now, hyunjun is left speechless, he keeps mentioning the gifts the dates the games, its too much for hyunjun to handle now honestly. you can't change one's decision like that.. I know i will be hated by some brainless people who babysit this, but I will still say, what yunjae is trying to do, is asking hyunjun in every possible way to choose him and him only. I felt quite uncomfortable with some words that made hyunjun go silent. Like even after so many silent answers, uncertain answers, a lot of ummmms are definitely enough for an answer? isn't it?
