I think that Muey is actually teaming up with the company's higher up and playing this entire game in order to get Khun Thada and Yada into trouble.
She's going to make it seem like she's on their side and giving them the intel — whereas it's all her and the company higher-ups plan. In the end, they are going to pull a u-turn on the entire thing and Khun Thada will be incriminated as well as Yada who is already caught on camera.
This way the company higher-ups will force Khun Thada to sell his company shares and totally retreat from the company — Muey is going to use the amount that she got from Khun Thada to actually buy the shares back (actually the company will) — and they will obtain full rights of the company again because Khun Thada will no longer be the major shareholder.
Muey is probably doing this because of an agreement that if she passes – her company, Hammock, will not be shut.
In thailand they consider Run an adult. Same goes for Perth in Love By Chance
Age of consent literally means "the age at which a person's consent to sexual intercourse is valid in law."
By law it can be totally valid to have different ages where by doing something is acceptable, for instance sex, marriage, driving, alcohol drinking, etc. They all can be different ages by the law.
Currently watching this show — on episode 8. It's alright, it's nothing that is going to keep you up till 4…
The Past Life Storyline: - Malaiwan is a poor married woman who dreams of hitting it big as an actress. - She is married to the writer and owner of a live lakorn theatre. - Her husband, Prapoj, had sold his parents' land and home to build that theatre. - Unfortunately due to gang invasions (?) the business is crashing in that town. - This caused Propoj to rely on alcohol in order to cope with this devastation. - Since the business was crashing so badly, Malaiwan realised that it was not going to work out. - She told Prapoj she's leaving and he got bat shit crazy and literally chained her to the house pole. - She got an opportunity and escaped to the city. - She came to the very popular theatre "Bangkok Naruemit" and auditioned as an actress. - The owner and director of the theatre, Poj, fell in love with her at first sight. - They eventually got married. - She grew very successful. She was the leading lady of all the plays in that theatre, she was married to the owner of the teatre and she was getting very popular. - Plot twist: She was actually doing black magic on Poj and that was why he fell in love with her and cast her as female lead etc. - Incoming Ward, the daughter of an aristocrat who runs away from home just to be an actress. - With her entry Poj suddenly starts to fall for her and the black magic begins to ward off. - Malaiwan begins to do all sorts of shit (slapping, planning and plotting, more black magic) on both Poj and Ward in order to get what she wants. - Her husband even ends up coming to the theatre since his parents killed themselves after the capture of their theatre by the gang and she ends up killing him too. - In the end all her plans are exposed and she kills herself in the theatre and becomes a ghost. - At first she can leave that burned down theatre and haunt the people who survived, but she gets voodooed to stay within the premise by her voodoo lady grandma. - So, she stays there to wait for Poj and cash him in on the promise he made her — "to live with her together in that theatre forever".

MUSE has given alternatives that people can use to watch their dramas. Just go check in their site.
Someone is subbing it on YouTube (community sub) but they are slow and it depends on whether Ch3 opens community sub option in their videos. Also, this drama will be a available on Dimsum.my in June when it finishes airing — fully subbed. However, it is only available in Singapore and Malaysia so folks might need VPN.
I'm going to bazooka Thien out of this planet.

Now how Thien will take this is beyond me.
