My kind of article! Great write-up and recommendations, thanks so much for doing this. I've seen more than half…
I do agree, I was also not as mesmerised by Massaya and Wanida but at the end of the day they were good enough so I kept them in the list. A lot of people do like the two Larkons also. ^^’
As for Tawipop, it’s a very good larkon! I’m so excited for you to see it and see your reaction! Happy watching!
so far the drama is funnier than the book imo, they also have a lot of sweet times but there is substance to the…
Yeah, I’ve been noticing that in these small clips I keep seeing on Instagram. The main Male lead seems more expressive too. Like he smiles and seems very emotive. I wonder if he’s still the same calculative, strategic genius he was in the book. I really liked that quality *sigh*
I am someone who has read the book and if this is something like the book (I am waiting for the drama to end before I begin watching) then this drama won't be for people who are just expecting humour and romance.
The book is not only about the main lead's romance (and the main summary of this drama is also not alluding it to being a romance focused drama). The book and also this drama is about business. It's about how these two people (who also find love in each other), alongside many other supportive people, bring their company from ruins to the number one spot. It's about the rivalry, campaigns, plotting, and planning, and all the cooperate politics that is associated with this part of the world.
There are 82 chapters in the book (including one bonus chapter), and that is a lot of ground to work on. This being an adaptation from a novel, even though different in many aspects, needs to be concise in its origin and plot. Thus, I believe 50 episodes is fine.
Of course, since it has 50 episodes it will take time to build momentum. There is no use to jump in too quick and then fizzle out.
Remember, this is not a love story of two people who work in the business world. It is a story about how two people come together and build a failing company while falling in love. There is a difference. :)
Happy watching to everyone who is alright with that! Happy watching something else to everyone who leaves <3
Well yes and no bc they are just trying to kill their competition. They do use some underhanded means. Now, I…
Nah, no one died in the novel as far as I remember. PHEW! I see she has a better relationship with Weikei in the drama. I wonder if they even dated in the drama version or not.
Episode 2: I’ve never seen a bigger piece of crap than that Meung Thip dude. I hope he dies or something. Edit: I just spoiled myself. (Spoilers below)

"Oh so it's definitely not a happy ending"
*makes a u-turn out of the room*

2. So does the male lead. It's a sad ending.
