Since we are scrutinizing acting , i would say only the senior actors from the show did well . I meant All the actors from rampeung back story and green herself , some guest roles too. Rest all were just okay. Company decided to run with what was available to them. So i would say they tried their best with good editing , screen writing and blocking to hide it when an actor was not emoting so well. You can see it , when observe closely. all the actors especially younger ones did just adequate to make the show emotionally enjoyable without ruining it .
To people saying why didn't a particular character emote or say this and that during certain scenes is definitely not the actors fault. They are literally following a script.

the domundi should recruit some extremely talented actors to do roles like these then. Cause ain't noone in that company who has got calibre to do justice to character of khemjira currently. They did their best with whatever actors they have with each show. Whoever is gonna be Keng's pair is always garner some hate for sure. Keng's aura as an actor is not for the entire shipping culture and fixed pair thing.

People tend to project couples' offscreen chemistry to their on-screen chemistry. Kengnamping are not clingy like many other main leads. But firstonetle is quite clingy off screen too. That might be one of reasons why some people didn't feel KN chemistry. I thought many people alleging KN has no chemistry,Episode 8 literally might have made them think otherwise but alas. I wish they saw what we fans saw. I truly don't care for all those fan service. They did have excellent chemistry on-screen that is all that matters

Right!. And did everyone collectively forget episode 8 . It was soo beautiful one of the best nc and confession ever. And people saying they don't have chemistry. Make it make sense.

For that part . That's one thing that I agree, that i truly don't like the shipping culture in the industry. One of the reasons many people were saying namping keng don't have chemistry ( which btw is not true, thier one screen Chemistry was great) because they didn't do all those fanservice being romantic and clingy off screen. I'm totally not against actors feeling comfortable doing fanservice but that being a norm is not it. By the end of the day it's acting , plot and on screen chemistry is what all I care for.

Y'all rewatched the last episode once again. It keeps getting better ❤️❤️. Their Chemistry and that nc was perfectly done. That kiss alone can beat all the no chemistry allegations .
When the title track came on when pharan started chanting to fight rampeung one last time , gave me goosebumps Even when re-watching the episode. Kids' laughter sounding just like when they were thong and ake at the end made me tear up for some reason.

So true. Could seriously feel all the hard work and passion that each and every person who has been the part of the show made throughout. The culture and lore that the plot revolves around was something truly exciting to watch . I hope all the love and appreciation that we fans have for the show reach them so they would feel motivated to make more shows like this . haters are gonna hate. I have seen some valid criticism from some people , who at the same time shows their appreciation for the show. That's definitely something we need but some reviews are just pure hatred.

adapting a novel like khemjira into a show in itself is a massive work . I think to focus solely on romance would sacrifice the plot line of the story . At this point it is very hard to find romance with good story and plot that too well executed. So let's cut some slack 😂. And like some body said ,the romance between Masterkhem is different compared to charnjets. The way they express their love for eachother is different. One is mature and other is like young people in love kind a vibe .

Girl.. please don't apologise for giving an opinion. The reason why series did well for most ,people liked their Chemistry that includes me . Even though their Chemistry was not out of this world kind of one but it was enough to appreciate their love .That confession and nc scene in episode 8 was one of the best have seen in recent years. Might be a writer's and directors brilliance. But it is hard not to appreciate their Chemistry in those scenes . As far as jet and charns love story , it was not something new for me, felt like I have seen many with same level of chemistry and storylines
.And again namping is not an excellent actor but his acting was not so bad and that it didn't spoil the show for many. He did fine without causing major damage. He didn't overdo things because that would have caused major damage to the show. As far their Chemistry is concerned, I think we are too much acquainted to shipping culture that we always want chemistry soo good between actors that we want to ship them to eternity 😀. There are many established couples in the industry where I am not a fan of their nc or romance but totally watch them for their excellent acting. And that doesn't ruin the show for me. So see it's not bad to have an opinion

I won't say namping is an excellent actor but I would say he didn't overdo things. Because actors who are not so good at emoting tend to overdo and spoil the show. But he didn't spoil the show for me. And as far things you said about things he should have said or done is not his fault. The writers and director are the ones responsible for it critizing the actor for it is not it. This entire couples things and pairing actors going on in the industry is also responsible for casting actors and I'm not a fan of it. It takes away the chance to cast best of best for a good show.

Big round of applause for the crew the creators , technical team of the show. . This show was a fine example of how well a show can do with a good creative team.Felt so satisfied watching the show.. From start to the end. Everyone did well. No one overdid or underperformed. The pacing was just right for my liking, because I was invested in the characters, ost and l always wanted to experience the story of khemjira in a live action format ever since I read novel.
Entire 12 episodes brought absolute joy to me. I'll truly miss the show every Saturday.

Only reason people let it slide is might be cause it's the only legit chinese bl to air in a long time and people are trying their best to not to get the actors and show get banned. I can't think of any other reason. And the folks of atleast this page won't let it pass.because if it was some other show they would have criticised the show to oblivion .Not gonna lie it is a fun show to watch after couple of episodes in the beginning though . But still suprised to such a high rating

Yea ... Jhonny deserves jail time not a partner. It's sickening to see many dramas using SA as just a plot device and the next minute go on like nothing has happened. On that note ,Akin's situation made me wonder what would happen to him if he was to press charges against Jhonny. If he would ever muster the courage to do so knowing how crazy media and this so called fans or even public can be.

So true. I have seen that happen with many bls from gmmtv . Having said that, could have saved this episode if wasn't for that goddamn yothawa kiss . And even yothagun kiss felt soo wrongly timed

That kiss was sooo unnecessary . It was there just for shock value. This episode seriously pissed me off. The kiss and make up , confirmation kiss etc. I won't have sticked around if it wasn't for perthsanta and rest of the cast. Gave me that same conflicted feelings as Only friends.

Totally worthy for that rating. Kudos to the two leads for their wonderful chemistry and acting.
They felt so comfortable with eachother with kisses and skinship. Which was that one thing missing from some jbls that i watched in the past, where the actors and script were good but were so awkward when it comes to portraying their intimacy . Man....this show totally delivered.

Just randomly started watching this series and never thought I would love the show this much....MLs did a great job, their chemistry was sooo palpable .

I'm looking forward to how this show is gonna turn out because how sensitive the topics discussed are. Hoping someone would give extra tag to the series in the page for viewer discretion (child assault and animal cruelty etc). Seriously it's heart wrenching to see that this is a reality to many children around the world. Ep4 truly shook me to the core. This world truly has some disgusting filthy people.

Actually I personally don't think maya had any negative influence on taichi and kohei's relationship. As we can see how kohei is quite clear of how he feels about taichi. He has no doubt about that. I think it's the lack of communication between them causing all the problems. And it's again my opinion that, it has to come more from taichi 's side if they want this relationship to work in this current situation. Having said that I truly understand and resonant with what taichi is going through. He is struggling to figure out things in his life. We can see him reaching out to elders on that matter. It's especially hard for people who are not that bright or mediocre in the things they do and also lack parental figures who understands their struggles. I don't think Maya was ever a problem not for kohei atleast. But for taichi I think he started to be concerned about what to do further in life and career etc . I understand why people are getting annoyed by the show But since I'm so invested in taichi as a character ,i really love the show. But for people who gets easily annoyed by lack of communication and everything, the show and the novel will definitely piss them off. But this hate of maya is such a bl fan thing to do 😂 otherwise I don't see a reasonable justification for it.
