Hahaha yes, good point! I did the math: of the Thai BL's I've only watched I Told Sunset About You twice in full length so far, otherwise I just pick out specific scenes to watch. So 12 x 60 = 720 min + approx. 120 min recap = 840 min.
Watching a good Japanese series: 8 x 20 min = 160 min, then watching it in full length 2-3 times, so x 2.5 on average = 400 min!!!! Conclusion: you're right! It's a huge imbalance!
Btw: something I always like to recommend because I think it is completely underrated: Long Time No See!!!

After watching The Eight Sense a few months ago, my already looming Thai crisis worsened and I shifted my focus to Korean bls. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of rather boring series. Then I didn't flick at all for several months and only went to concerts, but I've been back for 4 weeks now and I'm eating up the Japanese series! In the meantime, I wanted to do a friend a favor and started watching Vise Versa - but honestly: who can seriously watch that if they've seen Sing in Love before?

Rating 6,8 ??? I Think I will watch only 6,* movies in the future....

It's strange! The more Japanese BL I watch at, the less I can stand the Thai BL unless they are super classy.

Japanese Movies----no pleasure, but hard work--- but it burnes itselves into the brain. So if you are squeamish then better keep your hands off it.

Hey, that's funny! It's been almost a lifetime of BL that I've watched the series. But just recently I finished Never let me go and again was completely pissed at what partner they put Perth with! For nostalgia reasons I then watched the first ep of LBC and was immediately captivated by Perth in the role again, this nice simple boy has it in for me even after 3 months. Already here I was not in agreement with the choice of men, but in retrospect, Pete was still top. So I look further to Perth and hope for improvement!

If you are 80 years old, it's fantastic and really fast! I didn't dropped it because of the really talented TitleTeshin...

I agree with you in every point, plus less snack and softdrink discusions, but more action!
