I've binge watched the series and ep 10 was the best one yet! I love the chemistry between Akk/Ayan and Thua/Khan! I bawled near the end when Ayan told Akk about his uncle! I'll always think of Ayan as Fong from 2together! The only negative is that there are only 2 more episodes left!
@SIMONa I'm hoping the final episode is 2 hours long and makes up for all the loopholes. The perfect way to make up for the flaws is by having a happy ending for Rain & Phayu! I guess we will know next week or whenever the series ends!

@William9891 I totally agree with everything you say. Don't even get me started on the apples! I started watching the series because of Ohm/Fluke after loving them in UWMA. They are both good actors but they seemed to be overshadowed by the 2nd couples. I am now looking forward to watching the UWMA spin off "Between Us," - focusing on the Boun/Prem story. I do hope that Ohm/Fluke do work together again with a better script that allows them to recreate the chemistry they had in UWMA!

I also wonder why no one on the production team pointed out the obvious flaws such as the laughable dialogue/plotlines. It must have been obvious during filming that Rain/Phayu had amazing chemistry and were stealing the show. Yet, their screen time together is limited to minutes. The main flaw is that there is zero chemistry between Sun/Khim and they haven't even passed first base and we're on Ep 15! Ohm/Fluke have to take some responsibility for signing up to the series after reading the script! It feels they banked on all the UWMA fans supporting them! I watch for the Rain/Phayu storyline and I watched the recent episode in under 10 minutes because I was bored!

As this series progressed, we saw in slow motion the deaths of Ohm/Fluke's careers! I like them both but Pan/Noh have carried the series despite being background characters!
I could have my weekly rant but what's the point! The only thing keeping me watching is the incredulous hope that Rain comes back from the dead! I only have myself to blame for not dropping this series after episode three when it was clear it wasn't only Fluke's hair cut that was a disaster! Also, the irony of the title..."Love at 9: Oh My Sunshine Night! makes me mad! Because where is the love? I'll be watching the final episode because I'm curious how they will tie up all the loose ends in one episode when they already aired back to back pointless/plotless episodes!

I only watch for Rain and Phayu and I can't bear to think they don't get their happy ending. I have already dispensed with reality when it comes to watching this series because I fully expect Rain to come back from the dead! Can't Sun just have happen one his episodes and there are no apples in sight? Poor Fluke who has been hard done by a bad script to the point his character has become a laughing stock!

It's actually a really good novel. Its honestly not as bad as it sounds either.
Sorry but for me there is nothing "good" or romantic about a rape/blackmail victim falling in love with their abuser! Maybe, the books do a good of explaining why the rapist isn't behind bars where he deserves to be just for the initial assault!
The plot consists of rape; blackmail; repeated physical violence and Stockholm Syndrome ! WTF! How does such a vile plotline get the greenlight and financial backing. I have zero sympathy or respect for actors and productions team who sighned up to this pilot because they did it for a payday and couldn't care about the heinous subject matter! The is no romance in a victim who is so beaten down that they start believing that they deserve to be violated sexually and mentally. Stockholm Syndrome is a thing and victims who "fall in love" with their attackers are usually classified has having a mental illness. This is definitely not BL material and more importantly it sends out the wrong message that rape is acceptable in some situations. I hope the series is cancelled and the actors seriously question their morals for signing up to a vile scriptm

Holland was forced to act out a character dictated to him by the witers & producers. I didn't think that his acting was that bad. But then I had never heard of him before watching this series. It seemed like the writers had cast Holland to be a flaky tortured musician who had questionable fashion sense! My opinion is based on watching the entire series which I think is a slower burner but improves nearer thend. I think it's a bit harsh to bash him after watching just one episode and also knowing that he is still in the very early stages of his acting career! Holland is also one of the few openly gay Korean actors and it can't be easy for him to score mainstream acting roles due to his sexuality. (I found this out from his profile). I hope he gets a chance to change people's opinion of him as an actor by landing another series.
I'm probably in a minority in that I watched every episode and liked it for the most part. It's definitely a slow burner but it picked up towards the end. I think Holland was playing a role dictated to him by the writers of eccentric kooky singer. Maybe, this grated on me at times. Han Gi Chan is a great actor but he was forced to play a one note chatacter as shy moody chef. Overall, it's worth a binge watch if you're patient and are looking for relatively angst free romance of two lost souls coming together.
80 mins of perfection when it comes to the chemistry between the two leads; the story line and production values. It has the right amount of angst and I hope there is a series two! It's short but i never felt that it was rushed! Definitely worth a watch if you like fluffy bls!
I could rant on and on about the ridiculous plotlines such a butler & his son being the only ones solving the murder/disappearance of 3 members of a supposedly wealthy famiily. They're also holding the surviving heir essentially hostage for his own good! Are there no police around and why can't Khim be flown to a hospital with a security detail so that he can be safely operated on? Don't even get me started on the apples! At least, Sun didnt cluth his chest and pass out! I dispense with reality when watching this trainwreck of a show but they have literally killed off my reason for watching! Even Phayu seems to have got over Rain pretty quickly and got on with his life (apart from a 10 sec flashback at the start))! I can't see how they can have a plausible conclusion in the remaining 2 episodes! I think the writers' lost the plot but thought it was enough to have Ohm & Fluke to guarantee an audience! I guess they called it wrong! Ohm is a good actor who was the highlight of this episode. I wish I had waited until the end of the series so that I could have fast forwarded to watch only the Rain & Phayu scenes! Also, this series really can't be classified as a BL anymore because it's now turned into a murder/mystery storyline!
