The drama budget back then would not be enough to pay half of YY fees 😂! The actors got picked as they were unknown, thus cheap, except for XW bunny character who got a few times XZ fees.

I just got around to watch it recently and dropped it after 2 eps. I felt weird reading all the rave reviews from his fans, many 10 rating and this one topping popularity charts. Thanks for your honest and frank opinion so at least I know that we dont have to shut up or sugar coat his works for fear of verbal abuse from his fans. In fact, I experience it once when I commented on twitter than one person buying 200 massagers just to boost his endorsement seems a bit wasteful and immediately got verbally attacked and asked to be 're-educated'.

Hi, I am XZ fan too and I also couldnt tolerate too much cringeness in this drama. I came from Ace where XZ was superb to a character playing that almost has no facial movements, just reading his lines to the camera- personal pov, others might differ. His fans were very nice and sweet when you praise him. Once, you dont agree with them that XZ is always the best, everything he does is always super then they start ganging up to verbally abuse you. At least I am not only one disliking this drama.
