I think it’s still not official, but I really hope Sejong gets this one. Time to make up for lost time and star in more dramas, it’s a waste of acting chops. The story sounds interesting too and his co-star is a fine actor.

The real start of the story is between eps 3-4, where Segye’s power to go back in time was revealed. It turns out that he met Nabi on a previous timeline, they became a couple but she died after a few months. He used his power to try save her multiple times but he always fail, and the girl’s family/economic condition worsen each time he resets the time.
What might be confusing was the flashback when he remembered his sister, who did not ‘exist’ in his timeline (and wiped from his memory). It was revealed that their family have Segye’s power to go back in time, but it can’t be used to save someone otherwise they will be wiped from existence (that is, when they reset time they will no longer be in the reality and people will not remember them). She used this power to save Segye, so his sister ‘disappeared’ in his timeline (I saw many people complain why sister suddenly appear. She was just a flashback when Segye recovered his memory of her).
In the ending, Segye realized that the only way to save Nabi and make things right was if he dies instead of her in his final timeline. When he died, he successfully saved Nabi so he was punished to no longer exist when the timeline was reset. His sister was also reinserted in the timeline to perhaps be in his behalf for the events that are meant to happen (like meeting Nabi). However, while she cannot remember that Segye ever existed, Nabi’s heart remembered his sacrifice when she saw the silver van pass by that street, hence her crying without knowing why. Hope I made sense😊
