I was lucky enough to watch this movie on ANA flights (not once, but twice). To be honest, it shocked me that the movie trailer is basically the main plot of this movie - seriously. The struggle between two people in love, the family conflict between the teacher and his wife, and other additional things going on - all was left open, no closure, nothing. I tend to have a positive view about an open ending. But this, this is not a case.

As much as I enjoyed the manga, this movie ending was frustrated. I understand that the time crunch did not allow the screenwriter(s) to add all the manga detail to the movie. However, changing the plot after the kissing scene was not a good idea, plus the ending left an uneasy feeling.

P/S: the ending is pretty much closer to Sekai wa Happy de Dekiteru. In other words, the movie started with Sensei! and ended with Sekai was Happy de Dekiteru.

Thank you so much! In spite of it, I pre-ordered anyway just to get the bonus.

I have a quick question. I plan to buy the DVD of this movie, does anyone know if it will have English subtitle?
