Love the fact that Kiho/Bogeol never drinks/consumes alcohol because it's the very thing his biological father would do which results to domestic violence. I'm tired of male leads having to consume alcohol every single time to sort their problems whilst acting all drunk and silly.
Kang Bogeol is such a breath of fresh air. My favorite male lead at this point!
its a good drama but the only downside of it is that they are more focusing on the guy storyline than the main…
I don't get why you think its a downside because since the very beginning, Kiho has been an important key to Mokha's life. He's also the main character. He gave Mokha's life more meaning by being someone who stands by her. His story is important in how the episode progresses. If they put the "guy storyline" aside. This drama would be cut down to at least 6 episodes.
Honestly, I think he made this drama more interesting. It's rare to see a male lead who's resilient and at the same time looks out for other people. His way of thinking ahead of other people gives him a plus.
Watch to episode seven and get Bogeol's pov.....and he didn't leave her alone infact he asked the parents to take…
From my understanding, he knew at some point that Mokha had to return to Chunsam island but Woohak brought her back to Seoul because she insisted so at that time Bogeol didn't know that she would return. (He probably thought let her live her life, at least I know she's alive and safe.) When Woohak asked Bogeol about the rooftop room, Bogeol tells him that he'll move the following week, implying that Bogeol knows that Woohak snuck Mokha in the rooftop room. So there is no reason for him to ask her personally since he took Woohak's initiative as an opportunity to bring her in. He never meant to leave her alone. After the drunk party scene, Bogeol asks his parents to let them stay.
If you understand how this guy thinks, you'll know. This type of person thinks twice ahead of everyone.
Regarding the "keeping an eye on her". I don't think Bogeol would be the type to do that since that would make him look obsessed. All he wanted was to see her alive and healthy, that was enough for him to confirm that she is safe and of course, he doesn't want to get close to her since he wanted to hide the fact that he was Kiho and not get her involved with his personal matters.
Didnât realize there are still some viewers out there, and I mean not just here but even in other platforms,…
I feel like its their bias towards "that" character that they're justifying all means to make him "Kiho" when it was evident from Episode 1 who Kiho was. Not only that because Bogeol was introduced first after the 1st episode which made it more obvious. The writer won't make any ridiculous plot twist on delaying who Kiho is because finding him isn't the main focus.
Finding Kiho was supposedly the sub-plot but because it was so interesting, it overshadowed the main plot = Mokha achieving her dreams. I'm not complaining though because Kiho was an important essence to Mokha's success. This is honestly the best drama I've watched this writer has written. Most characters are lovable especially since all of them have reasonable background stories. It just irritates the hell out of me that some viewers especially those who are simping on the 2nd male lead goes full delusional and insists that their fav has a chance on being Kiho like đ Even the character himself confirmed he is not Kiho.
I had doubts about whether CJH could handle the more emotional scenes but ep 8 proved to me he can. Ep 9 is looking…
If you actually watched Chae Jonghyeopâs previous works, you will know that he can act well. So I had no doubts that he will be able to nail his emotional scenes.
Regarding the voiceovers, Mokha still talks to him even during her time on the island. She has been doing that to keep her company.
After 15 years of pain and suffering only to get beaten up by his father again. No wonder, Bogeol searched up about patricide. He's really that desperate. I really feel bad for him. He only deserves happiness.
hes the only one in the family that doesnt remember their past, and hes taking this whole high horse of âwe…
Ironically, he's a "reporter" but trespasses and investigates without a plan. Claims to be "Kiho" without pure evidence that he is, is the older brother but the younger brother acts even smarter than him which is odd because he's a "reporter" like you said and he's supposed to be smarter since I'm sure he studied about law. He's immature and is baby-ed by his family.
Be fr, his character is not perfectly written. I would say decent at least.
that's why i dont them to make it romantic between them bcz clearly they will try to make him bad while he is…
The difference is that Woohak benefits from his reasoning and is unaware of the outcome while Bogeol knows fully well what would happen if he says otherwise. If you actually look at it, Bogeol has been doing this not for himself but for the benefit of others. Woohak's just here with his hero complex all over the place.
Woohak made himself more unlikeable after he insisted that Bogeol should just continue to lie to Mokha. This is the reason why I don't get SML syndrome from him. I don't care if you're jealous that Bogeol and Mokha are getting closer but my guy at least be considerate to your younger brother. All he did was protect you by keeping you from the truth but you're here being selfish with all that nonsense. Your brother literally suffered through 15 years and pretended like nothing happened and acted normal, best you can do is understand where he's coming from.
Wym? Woohak looks so second male lead material like be fr? I donât see any male lead vibes coming from him which…
Read my comments slowly and clearly. I was talking in present tense but you're here talking about his future re: "HE IS WORTHY AND HE WILL HAVE HIS TIME" "He will shine bright" yada yada. My comment clearly says that if he was worthy why isn't he getting casted in main lead roles now? Obviously, I'm not the one deciding, its the casting team. So why don't you go ask them why they're not casting him.
I don't get why you're bringing up another actor when we have one subject matter. Also your reference is irrelevant because I'm taking about this guy's present role not what roles he's going to get or be in the future. Stay pressed man. Not my problem if you still don't understand my point. Anyways, I'm ending my comment here, we all have better things to do.

I never discredited his works. In fact, I like his supporting roles in his other dramas and he did so well there especially in Mine and Bad and Crazy but I was stating a fact and you took it too personally. If he was really male lead worthy then he wouldâve been casted for a lead role by now. You need to stay off the internet if you canât handle the truth.
