Her world building and her arcs are amazing but when it comes to intimate parts, I think you will get a bit disappointed after tasting meatbun and MXTX. She writes heavy plot stories. Her style is plot driven in otherwords.

I have read two of her novels (Sha Po Lang and Zhen Hun) but her works aren't explicit at all. You can't even know in detail whether the characters slept together and what the other character felt. Like nothing. Too bland compared to meatbun and MXTX. Yet her world building and story telling are amazing.

I think they shouldn't have touched the novels. This is worrying. I haven't finished reading Yuwu yet and I haven't started case file compendium. BL isn't the problem but the quality of their dramas is so bad that quality BL live actions are attracting more attention and market. Their drama plots of other normal genres are too poorly executed.

I don't remember well Mu Yanli's story but she's not a direct descendant of Tianyin Pavilion. She may have usurped power of the pavilion or something. I wish someone can remind us a bit of that arc.

The writers for this series aren't known to write series with romance. They mainly write political driven dramas. They include little to no romance in their dramas. So there's very little romance and it's in part one. Two and Three are politically driven.

That's true but even when Moran became Taxian Jun, he had no idea that the youth who gave him porridge that year was actually his Shizhun. So I don't think that scene can be the opening because it can't act as a flashback since Moran himself doesn't have this memory in his first life.

It depends on which female character you like. As a Ye Soya Jumong shipper, the ending was good. For Seo So No Jumong shippers, it's bitter sweet.
