Title Ash Spoiler
Was the ending perfect? No. But I don't care, as long as it’s a happy one. I was so stressed out by all the spoilers from people who had read the novel that I’m just relieved the drama didn’t follow the same path. Still, I do feel let down that they denied us a proper kiss at the end 🫣 It was a fantastic drama- anyone who dropped it early on because of the AI elements missed out and should regret it. In the end, we got real actors- highly talented and incredibly handsome ones- the likes of which AI could never create 💞

I understand that he is not a green flag but after seeing what happened back in the past I don't blame him for…
It shouldn't be up to him to decide whether Zhou Yang is right for Shen Mo- that’s something they need to work out for themselves. He’s an outsider here. Besides, if my sister wanted to marry someone who was already in a relationship- especially a gay one- she’d get an earful and be shipped off abroad on her own.

Are we watching the same drama? Why do people call Ming Xuan a green flag? What happened to Shen Mo was a result of his actions. He ought to take responsibility for it. By responsibility, I mean bringing Zhou Yang back to reunite him with Shen Mo, and then helping to hide them from Zhou Yang's family- perhaps by sending them to the UK? If he doesn't do this for his sister's sake, then he’s no "green flag." His sister wants Zhou Yang like a toy. Meanwhile, standing before him is a broken young man involved in a long-term relationship- one that Ming Xuan helped destroy.

I hope that in real life, if such an incredibly handsome man threw an ashtray at me and then compared me to one, I would punch him in the face, walk away, and never come back. Either way, I'll keep watching... and keep shipping them... please, kids, don't learn from me 🥲

OK, I'm going to write a few things that won't set well with many netizens and with the fans of the writer/director,…
For me, watching this drama was an artistic experience, where I savored more than just the characters' stories. It's clear, however, that in such a beautifully told story, I became emotionally connected to the characters. But the last two episodes did something wrong. I apologize for the comparison, but do you know what it's like to watch the news every day about how many people have died in Ukraine again? One day, you stop feeling it so emotionally- you get used to it. In this drama, the amount of suffering attributed to the characters exceeded my capacity as a viewer. I didn't feel sad when QT died, because instead of being surprised and emotionally devastated, I thought "Of course, what else? Here we go again..." I don't know if I want to keep watching... maybe I'll wait until all the episodes are released.

This show is a tragedy- a tragedy that someone as attractive as Kim Seong Hyuk is starring in such a trashy drama. Amidst all the talentlessness swirling around this series, he's also doing the best- I hope he recovers from this disaster.

I don't remember the manhwa being this disturbing.
For me, the manhwa was also deeply disturbing.

The short format ruined this drama. It lacked the necessary suspense, the characters' journey to deduction and conclusion, the explanation of their motives, the consistency of their behavior, and so on. I hope this drama paves the way for other BL dramas with similar themes, but for now, I'm sad it can't be the gold we've been waiting for- especially since the main actors were wonderful in their roles. I wish them all the best in their careers.

Guys please stay. I remember watching stuff like this because the comments on Dramacool were too iconic to ignore.…
That sounds like a great idea, but I am not strong enough for this 🙃

For the sake of everyone involved, they should cancel it, delete it, sweep it under the rug, and pretend it never happened. Do you guys know "The Room"? It's somewhere on that level of production 😂

In Polish we say "tyś niewinny jak nieobsrana łąka" and I think it suits you beautifully 🌼🌻🌷
It literally means "an unshat-on meadow" 😂 This person is so prudish, that a sex scene in a drama is pornography to them. Such an unsoiled meadow 😆

Thank you, this answer satisfies my curiosity. I had never heard of the filial piety before, but now I think it explains a lot.

Thank you for the explanation. I'd still like to know how this works in Asian culture though, because the theme of parents dictating children's lives often appears in dramas. I understand when it comes to teenagers- it's hard for them to start an independent life. But when it comes to adults, I can't understand why people don't just turn their backs on such a family.

Can someone help this adult European woman understand, why these grown ass Asian men can't let their parents down? Will they be publicly stoned to death? Will they be disowned? They're adults, they should earn their own living. Or maybe family is simply more important to them, even if their parents suck. In that case, please don't whine in the bathtub, just accept what you've chosen. Yes, I know, in this case, Krit's father threatened him, but if I were a police officer myself, I personally wouldn't allow him to carry out the threat. And if I were Wayu, I wouldn't want that kind of wimp back in my life 😒

Getting back to the money issue. Why is a cop family so rich? It reeks of bribes, but Krit is rich too, and he probably didn't take bribes. Unless he's living off his daddy's money...😒

I haven't read the novel, so I'm a bit confused about some details from Episode 1.Director Jay gets ambushed by…
Yes, the person in the costume is Sun.
Sun threw money at Jay as if he was paying for a service. I think the scene with the 2 baht is supposed to allude to this.
Yes, Jay is looking for this person. I don't think he suspects it's Sun at this point, but the situation is definitely similar, so he's intrigued.
Yes, Sun only wants to work at Dream for revenge.
I haven't read the novel, only the manhwa, and it was quite a while ago. I might have mixed something up. If anyone remembers better than me, please correct me.

This ate and left no crumbs! Even though I'd read the manhwa, I still clutched my pillow with the excitement of someone experiencing the story for the first time. Good job, good job 👏
