As much as I loved watching this drama up until episode 12/13, I still wouldn't say this show is great simply because they managed to fuck up a story that was going too well initially. A lot of things made no sense. The ones that bothered me the most were : 1. Wooden staffs to fight a level four ? That's the best you could come up with ? Something that was snapped into two so easily ? That was the most powerful way to tackle a level 4? Yes, I know it was just a barrier. But it's ridiculous nonetheless. 2. Ha-na and The Old guy were pushing the car to achieve what exactly ? The car would have been pushed and their grandparents would have died anyway at the end of the street in a driverless car. What were they trying to accomplish with that scene ? 3. The same cycle kept repeating after episode 13/14. It got very tiring towards the end. 4. They tried to include jokes which was very off-putting and awkward in the given circumstances. It was nothing like their characters as introduced in the first few episodes.
And no , I don't want a second season of this. I hope we don't get one and they just end it here. I don't want them to ruin this show anymore. :(
No offense to Ha-na and the old guy, but why were they both trying to move the car when it's not budging at all…
And even if they did manage to push the car away, what would have happened? They would have been pushed to their death at the end of the street LMFAO. No point hahaha
You're definitely not the only one. The lack of continuity is jarring - so I guess the barrier wasn't needed,…
I totally agree with you. It's just getting ridiculous and repetitive at this point. And they're trying to include humour in serious scenes which never happened with the original writer's episodes. It's just awkward. And the wooden staffs is the most ridiculous thing ever. It breaks that easily and was the best way to tackle a level four demon? LOL. They should have just stuck to the original writer's plot and not messed up this much just to give us a season 2. I wouldn't watch a second season of this because it's already way too repetitive since the last 3 episodes.
Anyone else feels like this drama is being dragged a little too much?
I thought I was the only one and that I would be attacked for saying so hahaha . But yes, I feel like they're dragging it a lot. I wouldn't want to watch a second season,. They should just wrap it up well this season. It's getting extremely repetitive now and I don't want to end up hating something I loved watching. Also, the new writing is a bit off if you ask me. They're trying to include some humour in serious scenes which was never there in the previous episodes and it just feels awkward. Also, what's up with those wooden staffs? I just want them to wrap it up well before it gets more ridiculous :(
shin isn't a high school student? he is a 26 year old man with daddy issues
Umm, I just watched all the episodes. What do you mean he is a 26 year old man? He is a high school student. They've even mentioned it in the episodes and he goes to the same school o.O
A score doesn't go up from 8.1 to 8.7 in less then 12 hours. Some crazy obsessed Ro Woon fan must had been triggered…
HOW CAN THIS BE 8.7?! Makes me question the ratings on this website for every show now. Poeple must remember here that the ratings are not based on an actor, but it's based on everything including the script, the direction, the acting , the chemistry and a lot of different factors. So don't just rate something so mediocre or dare I even say bad , this high.
Okay, I'm at Ep 3 and I really like the show and all that but is it just me or does Shin look way too old to be a high school student? I mean the casting is completely off. I couldn't believe they cast somebody who looked that old as a high school student and even looked up the actor's age and he is 32 years old :O Why would they cast a 32 year old as a high school student? :O
I mean, if people don't want to watch a series because it's has certain aspects, why not save people time?
I completely agree. We tell our opinions of why the drama is good or bad. We aren't holding a gun to anybody's temple and asking them not to watch it. It's a personal choice to watch it or not. There's absolutely no reason to feel personally attacked when somebody gives their two cents
seriously everyone is different and sees things in different ways? who are you to tell me how to feel about this.…
Hahaha, there's no point arguing with certain people who don't understand the line between cute and harassment :) This show is super fucked up and I don't understand any of the people who are leaving any positive comment to be honest. Lol
mother—- I reallllyyyy want to watch this one, but now that I’ve come to comments feed, I feel its gonna be…
I watched Extraordinary You and I was definitely disappointed with this one. The script is really poorly written. Of course, it's based on a webtoon so I don't know who should be blamed lol. The first and second episodes feel like the sixth and seventh episodes lol. Nothing makes sense. It's a waste of the actors' talents because I feel that both Rowoon and Won Jin-A are good actors who signed a bad project.
It's available for freee streaming with english subtitles.
