Exactly and people are treating as if this is a zero sum game when it’s not. I actually plan to watch 25 21…
I think nobody mentioned your name here. I said majority of the people and that is true from whateverI have seen within past few months. If the same reason doesn't apply to you, then great🙂 but I am absolutely loving everything about the drama.

Exactly and even in some Japanese dramas too. But tbh, I have never seen any other actresses being hated like PMY. Song hye kyo always plays with actors 13 or 14 years younger than her and people don't have problems with her at all.

And even when Netflix first released their couple photoshoot pictorials, those toxic haters flooded Netflix korea's instagram with comments asking where is the photoshoot for Song Kang and So hee? Does it even make sense to have a photoshoot for a drama that ended a long time ago? PMY and Song Kang know it for sure since there were lot of hate comments on IG handles of both The Swoon and Netflix korea. And why is nobody hating on Kim Jae Wook And Krystal for their new drama when the ML is 12 years older than the FL? Too much double standards.

Like I said, the haters are mainly the shippers of Song Kang and So hee. I really don't understand why they say nothing bad against So hee when she goes on doing the daring and intimate roles. Only PMY has been hated ever since the trailers came out. She is doing her best and Song Kang's acting has also improved a lot. I watch those bts and she is always guiding him as a senior. I just can't with the mentality of those haters. PMY and Song Kang don't even post any pictures on their IG handles like other celebs for the drama's promotion. Maybe they are also aware of the whole situation.

They were literally shaming her everywhere calling the pairing as mother and son. Even now and then they do that. I think most of PMY haters are the shippers from Song Kang's previous drama and it's funny how they want him to be stuck in high school kid roles. Even when behind the scene moments are posted on Jtbc Youtube channel, they are always stalking and comment things like they don't have chemistry and they are just being professional..blah..blah... I think they are so immature to be doing that on a completely different drama page. A few days ago, Netflix released the bts of their couple pictorial for the promotion of this drama and again haters went crazy and there was a bad twitter fanwar. They blamed PMY for trying so hard to seduce Song Kang, which is so ridiculous. I really don't understand the mentality of those haters. PMY just doesn't deserve this kind of hatred for being paired with Song Kang. He is still a rising star and not an established actor like Hyun Bin, Ji Chang Wook, PSJ, etc. I don't know why the haters want to gatekeeping him and bash his co-star like that.

Exactly! The majority of the people hating on this drama are the ones who hate PMY being paired with Song Kang. I was a little skeptical of the pairing at first but it was not even due to the age gap. But they really exceeded my expectations. I have never seen any actresses being hated so much like PMY. She knows her assignments and does her job so well and always brings out the best in her leading men. Some koreans said that the lead actors were already there but PMY turns them into romance kings. At least almost all Korean people love the pairing unlike the international audience, who only know how to bash others. Some haters are still hating her masking themselves as her 'fans' here and calling her bad names. Even now everywhere on Instagram, YouTube, almost everywhere, she is still trolled so badly. Most of the hate towards her is coming from the females, which is such a pity.

And people be reacting as if this is the only drama airing right now. I have seen some people here who always…
Well, to each their own. I have been watching k-dramas for more than 10 years and this drama is so refreshing to me. Even if the romance started earlier, now there are storms awaiting for them and I would love to see how they overcome each storms on their way and grow stronger. I have watched so, so many k-dramas over all these years that I am tired of slow burn romances at this point, which also becomes kind of mediocre by the end.

Yes, it was my favorite scene in episode 6. I really love how upfront she is about her feelings. I just wanted a healing drama and this drama is doing it for me🙂 And again another new drama has started from yesterday 'A Business Proposal', giving that WWWSK vibes again. I know people will love the ML no matter how cold or narcissistic he is in that drama. People only love those cringey romance dramas, not a realistic one.

Oh yes. And I have never seen people talking about Song Kang so much compared to how they always bash PMY. Honestly speaking, Isn't dating a guy like him so suffocating in real life? The FL has a greater position, is financially stable and strong and independent woman. The ML is an eye candy and intelligent guy but talking realistically, he has no money and on top of that a gambler father who doesn't even hesitate to ruin his own son's life. I haven't seen people appreciating the FL for accepting the ML despite his circumstances. And why is no one talking about her trauma? She went through so much so it makes sense now why she became so cold. And some people were bashing her saying she is so irresponsible when she messed up in the first few episodes but the same people came here to bash her again saying that she is so cold, doesn't even care about her mother. Like what more is she supposed to do to satisfy these haters? If she messes up due to her personal life going upside down, she is so undeserving of her position and when she tried to work despite her mother's illness, she is still undeserving of her position. I can clearly see that these are the people who can't digest the idea of a strong, independent FL. I hope they go and watch some other dramas instead of doing this here everytime.

It seems silly to complain about the romance being "fast". Not every k-drama needs a slow burn romance. Variety…

I really love your interpretation🙂
Yes, the exes are becoming more toxic. And that shameless Han Ki-joon had the audacity to ask Ha-kyung for help. I was so right about Ha-kyung's father though. But I am happy to see her willingness to change and loved her directness about her feelings. I really loved when she told Si-woo to tell her first if he ever gets swayed. But those toxic exes might come in their way now.

I am in a good mood after watching episode 6 . Good to hear that they are not breaking up and I hope they maintaining…
I told you yesterday😉 but Aren't they the cutest? I am so in love with how direct they are about their feelings. The moment on the couch while they were reading the poem was so sweet. I was dying to see PMY's smile and today's episode fulfilled my wish when she was smiling with her mom and sister. But well, there might be problems for our couple due to those shitty exes.

Don't be a hater, be a lover ;)
True. People only want to watch cringey love stories like True Beauty. Cha Eun Woo's character was so cold but people loved him similarly to how they loved PSJ's character in WWWSK. It's only cool and nice when male leads give that badass, narcissistic behavior and people just can't accept when it is the other way around. We all know even in reality how women are not taken so seriously into their workplaces. Ha-kyung is just trying to be a good boss but her intentions are misinterpreted even by her colleagues. And talking about the girl who cried, she had enough time to gossip around about Ha-kyung's cold behavior but still cried when she got scolded. It's a matter of life and death as it was shown 2 people were missing. I agree Ha-kyung is a bit cold but her intentions were never bad. She is so serious about her work. The only thing she needs is proper trust and communications skills.

But people criticizing her are not looking at the big picture. Like the other guy who explained to Si-woo about why Ha-kyung asked to analyze all the past records, shows that she is so right. It's just that she lacks proper communications skills and is a bit cold. Even in the preview, there is no reaction from her when she hears that her mother collapsed. Her character here is not likeable but then it is written like that. She is competent but the new responsibilities on her are making everything a mess. And on top of that, she is the boss to her seniors, so the situation is so nerve-wracking for her. I hope that she lets her guard down and tries to trust people around her. She isn't bad like how people perceive her, she is just so misunderstood. I hope there is enough character developments in the upcoming episodes.

Park is always given office romance drama! Am not saying she hasn’t had any other drama Her kiss scenes are…
Because of the rabid fangirls of LMH who kept on torturing her. The reporters who analyzed the whole situation described it as a traumatic experience for PMY. It's so crazy how toxic fans go out of their way to destroy others.

That's why I never managed to complete it. I only watched the parts with Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na.

I think the preview is just a clickbait, like the way writers deceived us in episode 4.
