This was beautiful show !! Mature acting for sure but something was lacking it could have been better I personally did not find any boring moments and all actors were cool Without Yeon seok this show could have been a solid 9
This show was absolutely amazing! I can't even put into words how much this drama healed me. I resonated deeply with the characters, and every actor played their role perfectly. I'm so grateful to have come across this show—it was truly a beautiful experience. Park Hyung-sik and Park Shin-hye were incredible, and their chemistry was absolutely adorable. This drama touched my heart in so many ways, and I loved every moment of it!
Watching this for the second time, I’m even more impressed! Kim Jae Wook is incredibly talented and truly deserves more lead roles, especially in romcoms. His performance is engaging, charismatic, and effortlessly charming—hope to see him in more projects soon
This show was absolutely amazing! The chemistry between the leads was mind-blowing, and KMJ and PGY truly proved to be an underrated actor. The entire cast delivered outstanding performances, including the supporting actors. Not a single moment felt dull—something was always happening, keeping me completely hooked from start to finish. The OST was incredible, perfectly complementing the drama’s vibe. Definitely one of my favorite K-dramas!
This season felt pretty dull, mostly because the focus was entirely on Sian. While she’s undeniably beautiful, it felt like the other girls didn’t get nearly enough screen time. It was almost like we were only seeing one perspective. The chemistry between Sian and Junseo just wasn’t there for me either—it all seemed pretty forced and scripted. Theo had a lot of potential, but he shut himself off from the other girls. I think he could’ve made a great match with Youjin or Haelin , but he got so fixated on just one person that he lost his way. Still, he came across as the sweetest and most genuine guy. The only standout couple for me was Dong Ho and Arin—they were great together. Overall, this season felt forgettable and kind of lackluster.
You could have just said yourself because which viewers were confused 🤔? Like the plot was straight forward…
It seems like there's a trend of shows nowadays that make absolutely no sense, and even dramas from the past—though often cliché—seem to be crafted much better than this. In my opinion, and from what I see in the comment section, it's just plain stupidity. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and some people may genuinely enjoy it. However, it's important to speak up when something doesn't work for you. Staying silent can lead to shows like this becoming overrated and receiving far too much praise, even when there are far better options out there.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks this show is a mess! It’s refreshing to know others feel the same way. It honestly seems like there's a lot of hype around something that doesn't really deserve it, especially when you compare it to shows that actually deliver. Glad to have found someone who gets it!

It seems like people are defending the show because of the leads, but honestly, from everyone I’ve interacted with, the reactions have been pretty disappointing. I could point out a lot of flaws, but here are a few: The female lead was mute for three years, and he had no idea. He was cold to her before, and suddenly he's all lovey-dovey. Also, with all his power, he had no clue his closest ally was betraying him. There’s no clarity on the sister’s character, and it’s unclear what the male lead was punishing himself for. And the biggest issue – for someone in such a high position in the country, how could he not trace the threatening calls? The second leads were completely wasted. All in all, it feels like a total letdown.
Overrated This drama is a prime example of wasted potential. Despite the clear effort to create something engaging, it ultimately falls flat in almost every aspect. The story lacks depth, leaving viewers with a sense of emptiness and confusion as events unfold with no clear direction or logic. At times, it feels as though the writers simply ran out of ideas, opting for nonsensical plot twists that don't add value to the overall narrative.
Even the performances, which could have carried the show, struggle to make an impact when the material they're working with is so weak. The last two episodes were particularly excruciating to watch, offering no resolution or emotional payoff. What could have been a compelling drama instead becomes a frustrating exercise in patience. Ultimately, it’s a show that had a lot of promise but couldn’t deliver on it, leaving me disappointed and unsatisfied.
