What are your favorite HK wuxia dramas? I'm in the middle of watching The Legend of the Condor Heroes (1983),…
I watched The Legend of the Condor Heroes (1994) starring Athena Chu and Chilam Cheung like 20+ times.
The Duke of Mount Deer (2001) was pretty good too starring Dicky Cheung; anything with him turns into a comedy.
I've watched The Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils (1996) numerous times too. It's one of the better versions. I find that other remakes of this wasn't as appealing.
State of Divinity (1996) was good. I liked all the casts except the male lead.
Against the Blade of Honour (1995) isn't that great but I spent some time finding the drama a few years ago after remembering that I've watched drama about a moonblade before.
Deadful Melody (1994) movie was pretty good. Any Wuxia movies with the crossdressing Brigitte Lin is pretty much a win.
Hong Kong dramas in the late 1980s and 1990s had Wuxia but after year 2000, they no longer or rarely make them anymore. Wuxia was the best genre. After 2000, my favorite genre from Hong Kong are usually crime or comedy dramas.

IU have a more feminine side whereas Ning Xi must be able to pull off a feminine role and also captivating women with her "handsome badboy" side.
