Both Love You in every Multiverse, and 609 bedtime story have the theme of parallel universe, and time travel.

Both stories start with an accident, one of the boys dying and the other one trying to find him.

In 609, one of the boys travel to the other time where the boy might be alive and then falls in love. In LYIEM one of the boys travels to a multiverse where his relationship is breaking down vs his current multiverse where the relationship was successful but he lost his loved one to death.

Both series have a similar mystery & comedy vibe.

Both series are Thai BL (gay romance) dramas that focus on a primary couple and parallel or alternate universes. In both dramas only one member of the couple is transported between multiverses. But in TW multiple people eventually are able to cross over multiverses. In TW the catalyst is a magical pool, whereas in LYIEM the catalyst is a camera flash.

Both stories involve time travel and love at first sight. In 4 minutes, tbe time travel is only between a single character and is only 4 minutes into the future, whereas in love you in every multiverse, the character is transported to an alternative multiverse completely.

This version of 4 minutes contains a lot of NC (NSFW) scenes, heavy sex scenes, and prolonged nudity. Whereas LYIEM contains no spice or NSFW scenes.

Gangster ML. BL. More disjointed story telling than Ora-sama Yakuza. GLMGAB is vertically filmed. Similar dominant MC vibes. Forced prox trope in GLMGAB.

Gangster ML. BL, great chemistry between the MC leads. More focus on gangster life than Ora-sama Yakuza. MDGO has hidden identity trope. The main leads have time spent a part but for very different reasons. MDGO is a bit fluffier and less mature.
