Hahaha YES! I'm glad that more people are feeling the same way. Ryan really wasn't treated fairly in this series. And to this day, I STILL think about that voiceover they gave him and it really blows my mind that the production team genuinely thought that was a good idea lol. But you are absolutely right, many Thai production teams and directors are notoriously sloppy when it comes to BLs haha.
A Hitler doll isn't weird to you because you most likely aren't Jewish lol. And judging by that Reddit post, when Third reminded Mon that dream catchers can't be used because they aren't Thai, then the same argument goes for the Hitler doll.
@siMONa Yeah, I felt really uncomfortable after that :/ I understand it's not Thailand's fault they don't know the full history of Hitler and whatnot, but I think TV production teams could benefit from some type of crash-course classes where they learn about offensive material and things like that.
sadly, that's a thing, if you want to know more about it, I recommend this Last Week Tonight clip: https://youtu.be/1Nqa4XKkXp4
@Tsuliwaensis I just finished watching the video. Thanks for sharing that. It's crazy that areas of the world get shut out from learning certain parts of history. Just wish there was a way to fix that. It's not even just lack of Holocaust info, but other horrific events from history, too. People could really benefit from this.
Not loving the fact that I, a Jewish person, had to look at a Hitler doll sitting in Third's room in episode 7. Really wish decorating teams would do some research before doing things like this. Who the hell doesn't know about the Holocaust???? Extremely disappointed...
Okay, I’m intrigued now. Has the book been translated to Eng?
Hello! Can I also please have the link once you finish? :) I'm so excited about this story but i can't find translations anywhere! Haha. Please and thank you.

Did you read the novel (if it is one) or actually know 100% what the plot of this series is about, though? Because, (I honestly don't mean this rudely or offensively, so I'm sorry if it sounds like I am) the way you worded everything makes it sounds more like you're giving guesses and opinions, rather than hard facts. The trailer I saw gave zero indication of a rich kid's parents being a hindrance on his relationship with a poor kid. Is that just speculation? I'm asking if anybody knows the actual plot to this story.
Does anybody know the actual storyline to this–or if it was a novel or something–and can give a synopsis of what it's about? The summary here explains nothing and the trailer was a little ambiguous (for me, at least). It would be nice to have an understanding of what the show will entail before I get invested in it and become disappointed by the plot haha ^^;; thank you!
Yeah, I've seen them do that in other series and it flowed better than dubbing, surprisingly. For example, in the Taiwanese-Korean BL called "Because Of You", only one character speaks Korean while everyone else speaks Chinese and they don't even mention it to each other. In fact, they have the Korean guy say random, small sentences in Chinese periodically, then have the Taiwanese characters say small things in Korean at times. And I personally felt it was nicely done! If you haven't already seen that series, I recommend it!
